25/01/2026: I visited this small yet deeply meaningful place, run with passion and dedication by owners in their seventies who represent a rare example of commitment and love for their work. I enjoyed handmade tagliatelle served with a meat ragù of extraordinary quality, so delicious that it is truly hard to put into words. I give the highest rating because I strongly believe that places like this deserve to be supported and preserved. I especially appreciated the fact that it is the only place open in Cascia, serving both local residents and the many pilgrims who visit the town. 07/10/2025: Went there on a sunday. The lady is very nice and welcoming, i guess it is a familt place They have a variety of pizzas pasta and local desserts We ordered the proscuitta and another one with trufffles and we had a small simple salad It is veryyy very delicious and the pizza dough is very unique Very fair price . Recommended when in Cascia And they have a nice outdoor seating on the street
