I went to an 18th birthday party and everything was great. Enzo made himself available right away. He's polite and knowledgeable in the field. I'll definitely ask for him when I return.

I can't say enough about the professionalism and kindness of the staff, from the first meeting with Giovanna (number 1) to Claudia's patience, Michele's professionalism, and Giusy's enthusiasm, which makes you feel like family. Everything was excellent, not to mention the DJ set and the waiters, all top-notch.

We celebrated my daughter's graduation last Sunday at dinner. Everything was perfect, from the explanations given by Giovanna, one of the office staff, who was always kind, clear, and helpful, to the seating arrangements and the management of various intolerances (I congratulate the entire staff for their discretion and organization), to the service during the event. The quality of the food, in addition to the impeccable service in the dining room, was truly excellent (something you can't take for granted these days), including the plating. I also really enjoyed the service provided by photographer Roberta, who immediately went out of her way to take photos outside and during the event (so it was as if we had brought the photographer ourselves and not one of those included in the packages with "casual" photos taken during the ceremony on the fly—this has happened to me more than once in the past...). Thanks also go to DJ Marco and speaker Lonia, who were truly kind, polite, yet engaging and professional throughout the evening: both truly brilliant. The room we chose is the Roma, a very beautiful one. The bathrooms are spotless and new. I highly recommend this place (in my opinion, it's the best I've been to in recent years). My sincerest compliments to the entire establishment.
