21/08/2025: A delightful little spot behind a gas station with ample parking.
The restaurant is divided in two.
The prettiest part is on the veranda overlooking the Salice Terme golf courses.
Always busy, so reservations are recommended.
A dynamic, innovative menu.
Fantastic, young, and knowledgeable staff.
I love eating fish there, and yesterday, between a shrimp catalana, grilled sea bass, and caramel panna cotta, I was delighted.
Very fair prices and excellent quality.
Ad Maiora, you deserve this success, guys!
14/08/2025: We visited this restaurant in August, with a reservation. The restaurant is located on the side of a parking lot, and all the tables are set on the sidewalk.
A positive aspect was the extremely kind waitress, truly efficient and attentive.
We shared two appetizers (fried anchovies and Rava e la Fava), and I must say they were good. Then we had to wait about 40 minutes for the first and second courses, probably due to the different preparation times.
The meat was disappointing: served cold on a ceramic plate, of mediocre quality, and cooked incorrectly. The desserts, however, were good and acceptable.
Eating outside has its downside: the mosquitoes were numerous and tormented us throughout the dinner. Unfortunately, we were immediately told that it was not possible to sit inside, also because there is no air conditioning.
The menu is reasonably priced. The experience is decent.
