Quaint, traditional, the food is good. Friendly and efficient staff. I ate typical dishes of the month from Piedmontese valley cuisine. They made me feel good, well done.

Well, what can I say? The atmosphere, the place, and the food are truly "like it used to be." Simple, no frills. Basically, here you sit down to eat and drink in good company, surrounded by furnishings and a place that evokes the simplicity of times gone by. We'll definitely be back when we return to Pragelato!

I can't say anything because I couldn't find anything negative, really: courtesy, helpfulness, quality of the food, very fair prices. Truly one of the places where I've eaten best, but at the same time where I felt welcomed like at home.

Limited selection, but the dishes were truly above average. After a long time (5 years), I had the opportunity to return to this restaurant. I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent cuisine and fast service. I must "remember" to come more often.

Excellent food, everyone was friendly... the only negative note, if it can be negative, is too much breathing down my neck. I also like to enjoy the atmosphere on holiday and the waitresses didn't seem very happy to me. Maybe they could be a little less strict????

Dear all, I have to leave you a lovely review for the service we received (the attentive and welcoming staff at the helm) and for the excellent food we enjoyed for two days straight at this small, typical mountain restaurant. My partner and I were pleasantly surprised by the deliciousness of all the dishes we tried (the ones in the photos are just a sampling). We highly recommend anyone who comes to sit down, sip a good wine, and savor the delicious dishes prepared by the chefs with care and passion (it's not without reason that they've been open for 16 years!! So don't read the disparaging and haughty comments from those who consider themselves "starred": they've clearly lost their taste for authenticity). From appetizers to dessert, you'll rediscover the typical and succulent dishes of mountain cuisine. You'll feel right at home! Thanks again. We'll be back and will recommend this place to anyone coming to Pragelato. We also recommend booking as soon as possible: it fills up quickly!!

We used both the takeout and dine-in service. Excellent food, reasonable prices.

The daily menu was written on the blackboard outside (which in itself made me feel confident), and the prices were even lower than other places. The food and service confirmed my initial impression.
