Excellent culinary experience. Exceptional ingredients.
The service leaves much to be desired: it's annoying to call (when you can, because walking around the dining room without looking at the customers was a must). Overall, not the service you'd expect.
But I recommend it for the excellent dishes.

Congratulations, the atmosphere is truly "old-fashioned." The staff are friendly and helpful, and we recommend a private room in a traditional setting. The restaurant is well-maintained and meticulously maintained. The food is excellent, and we recommend the braised beef in wine and polenta.

Slightly hidden, this splendid mountain restaurant offers excellent traditional Piedmontese dishes. Prices are more than fair considering the high quality of the offerings: from appetizers to desserts, you will never be disappointed. I highly recommend booking a table.

A wonderful little place with thoughtful touches (coffee makers, irons, etc., just like in the old days), excellent food. There's no signage on the street; the place is inside.
The prices are fair.
I'll definitely be back.
