The fresh pasta shop "Come una volta" is one of the best in Bologna for traditional Bolognese first courses (tortellini, tortelloni, etc.) thanks to the quality of the ingredients, the service, and the skill of the pasta makers.

I had the pleasure of meeting Roberta and her family on vacation. I had the honor of eating her lasagna—spectacular—and her tortellini—sublime!!! Beautiful to look at, an explosion of flavor when you eat them. We'll never leave each other again.

03/05/2026: A very cute place right in the church square. There's no signage, but we found it on a recommendation from a lady, and she wasn't wrong. Excellent food, impeccable and fast service, and very friendly staff. Very fair prices. I definitely recommend it to anyone in the area.
