In my opinion the best fresh pasta in Bologna. Tortelloni Balanzoni Tortellini E Lasagne are something special.

Kind and professional. Good pastry and pasta. The tortellini are very good, from Bolognese, who make them at home, a little expensive (35€/kg). Compliments.

10/03/2024: restaurant located in the center on a side street off Via Indipendenza. The place is nice, typical and welcoming, the food is very good as are the staff. We will definitely be back
