Kindness, courtesy and professionalism of the staff were certainly appreciated.
As for the food, it is overall quite good and edible, although it would be preferable to avoid the use of frozen fish. The proposal of fresh fish from the Ferrara area is appreciable.
The prices, in line with the average prices of the area, can be quite high for those coming from other parts of Italy.
A suggestion: improve the quality of the bread. It would be preferable to have a crispier and tastier copy, and possibly not to be heated, because doing so loses consistency and flavor.
In any case, I do not rule out returning.

We had a great time.
Excellent service.
Really, really delicious food.
They stayed one night at the inn, it's worth it!
And in any case a restaurant worth trying.

Abbiamo cenato in un tavolino fuori.

Excellent fish dinner, the owner was very kind and affable... we ate antani appetizer and fried food, both excellent... interesting cellar... fair prices!!!!... I recommend it!

After seeing the sponsorships on social media and already having my mouth watering, I finally managed to try Come Fosse Antani! We had dinner at their Locanda del Duomo, enjoying a truly excellent fish menu: much appreciated and excellent entrée with fried prawn 🍤, Boiled Antani starter, passatelli with bacon 🥓 and scallops, and tagliolini cacio e pepe with lime 🍋🟩 and red prawn tartare 🦐. Each dish was perfectly balanced in flavours, with a very fresh fish that could be felt from the first taste, thanks to preparations that enhance its quality, without covering it. The dessert tasting is also excellent.
And it's not super bullshit, it's all true! Oscar and the girl in the room welcomed us with great kindness and helpfulness, making the experience even more pleasant.
I will definitely be back!
