The hotel is very nice. The location is perfect, 20 minutes from the airport, and the vaporetto stops practically at the door. The rooms are quite nice. However, some of the people at reception are not at all welcoming.

A wonderful building. The rooms have more of a hostel feel. Breakfast is very good. Excellent location right on the Fundamente Nove. Vaparetto to the cemetery island, Murano, and Burano.

The bald young man at reception was ferocious and exceedingly rude to me when I asked him questions about rooms. I was able to obtain some important information, though, I would not have gotten otherwise.

A quiet, peaceful place! A pleasant courtyard where you can sit and relax without a crowd of tourists, no matter the weather. The coffee and small Venetian cod sandwiches with Philadelphia cheese are delicious. I recommend it. We did an interview there for a YouTube channel, and it was very nice!

A truly unique and comfortable hotel. The breakfast is good, although the selection isn't huge. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

It's close to the water bus stop and a short walk to the Rialto Bridge. As a family, we booked a quadruple room after searching extensively. It's spacious, clean, and wonderful! It has two bedrooms, a living room, and a kitchen. The interior has been completely remodeled, so everything—the bathroom, walls, everything—is spotless. The elevators feature touchscreens instead of buttons, a first for me in Italy. The breakfast, while limited in variety, is fine. I highly recommend it for groups. There's also a laundry room, so you can do laundry during your trip.

I can only review the bar/coworking space, but overall it was an excellent experience. The space is large and equipped with power outlets and free, super-fast Wi-Fi, allowing you to work in comfort and peace. The daily fee (€9 for the whole day) includes two coffees, 1 liter of water, and a sweet or savory snack of your choice (there's also an option with lunch included, which I didn't partake in). Reservations aren't necessary, so it's very convenient for those traveling for work and needing a quiet space to work remotely. Personally, I find the price unbeatable for the services offered, as well as the very comfortable location.

Amazing facility, refurbished in a way that maintains the heritage, but takes it to a new level with modern touches. Spacious apartment, beautiful views.

We went on a Monday at 8 a.m. They have two vegan pasta dishes, which we were especially happy about because you can hardly find them anywhere in Venice. The coffee is bad. If you're not a hotel guest, you can't enter their garden.
