I reported a small packaging defect I found in a box of Il Granturchese cookies and was very impressed by the company's professionalism. They responded promptly, and a few days later, I received two free boxes and a very kind letter of apology. The cookies are excellent, and the customer service was impeccable. It's refreshing to see a brand so attentive to its customers!
A serious and long-standing company....very attentive not only to the products (exceptional) but also to the small defects that can sometimes occur in the packaging phase. We received a welcome gift to make up for a pack of crackers that was all crumbled inside (chapeaux). Thank you very much Besana Pamela
