We came here as a couple on a Sunday evening, usually the restaurants in the valley are all closed because there is little traffic. We booked in the afternoon, it turned out later than expected, we notified them but they told us they were waiting for us even though it was just us.
We found the place welcoming and heated, we chose very tasty typical dishes with excellent ingredients.
We had a pleasant conversation with the restaurant managers.
I'm sure we'll stop again at the first opportunity.

Sunday lunch after a visit to Ofena, a nearby municipality. Restaurant chosen on the internet. We felt at home despite the huge structure between inside and outside. We chose the river fish menu even if we were a little hesitant given the last lunches in which we couldn't taste the river prawn at all. And instead we were fully satisfied with both the little guitar with saffron and prawns and the devilled prawns with portions that were certainly not gourmet, but abundant. The panna cotta with caramel and cinnamon was also delicious. Mrs. Angela is very kind. We will definitely be back

In the week 3-10 August, in which my wife and I stayed in Capestrano, we had dinner twice. Typical family-run trattoria where you can breathe the atmosphere of the past, with healthy and genuine food. The manager knows how and where to procure the highest quality raw materials, from meat from local producers to vegetables from the neighborhood gardens. Among the tables, the wife serves everyone cordially and with kindness! I would like such a genuine place where I live too!
