For our anniversary, my husband surprised me by taking me to this restaurant. A private place, with just a few tables, but with attention to detail. The dinner—we had a tasting—was a flavorful experience, with a keen eye for ingredients and preparation. The person who welcomed us and looked after us throughout the evening was attentive to our needs and professional. We were very satisfied, and the bill was reasonable for the quality of the dinner. Convenient parking, and last but not least, the restrooms were very clean and thoughtfully designed. Recommended.

En general, recomiendo este restaurante a pesar de que no sumó los cinco perfectos. Situado fuera de las murallas de Lucca, es sin duda fuera de los caminos trillados, y probablemente necesite un coche para llegar. El menú fue una muy buena prueba de ser original. La presentación fue puntual y el sabor fue muy bueno en general. Lo recomiendo como un buen descanso de la comida típica italiana. Aunque no estoy seguro de si vale la pena.

Small restaurant, simply furnished, modern and bright, with attention to detail. The food is served quickly and the dishes are prepared with great care and excellent for the palate. Aurora was professional and very kind. As a tourist it is unlikely that you will go there but honestly I can recommend it without reservations. We will be back…

Siamo a stati a pranzo in questo piccolo locale (pochi i coperti) e abbiamo scoperto una piccola perla. Ambiente moderno e curato. Menu non lungo ma tutti i piatti elencati sono interessanti. Cucina fusion con elementi di varia provenienza ben accostati. Divertenti gli amouse-bouche all'inizio come pure il popcorn caramellato con la lista dei dolci. Abbiamo preso l' Ebi Katsusando - sandwich bello spesso di stile nipponico con gamberone in tempura e altre delizie dentro - e delle animelle con una salsa agrodolce di carote che già da sola sarebbe ben comparit, figurati con le animelle. Continuato con dei cappellacci di pesce con un sugo di pomodorini del piennolo e cozze e per me orecchiette con piccione in due cotture, favolose. Queste valevano il viaggio. Concluso con una variante di tiramisù molto buona, ma mi è rimasta la voglia di assaggiare praticamente qualsiasi cosa nella lista. Da bere acqua, un rosé provenzale eccellente, caffé. Servizio competente e gentile. Sono belle pure le stoviglie. Il tutto per 128 euro con un vino da più di 30. Disponibile anche un interessante menu degustazione. Quindi? Ciritorno di sicuro.
