We were at dinner with friends and it was very pleasant, music and good food, nothing was missing

Very nice place for a pre/post dinner aperitif. High prices.

The place is nice, but the experience was more surreal than dreaming about making friends with a penguin. They didn't bring us the menu, so we ended up ordering from the table next to us, and honestly, they were the best part of the night: nicer than grandma giving you Tupperware for the week. Then we saw the shishas for **€150**… €150? For that price, it should come with a professional vaping certificate and a photo with the owner! The cocktails were average, the service was slower than Windows updating, but thanks to our friendly tablemates, at least we got a few free laughs. The best thing about the place was them… and they didn't charge us €150.

Slow service and very expensive for what it is.

La comida es buena pero nada extraordinario , bonito espacio , la gente local es la mayoría como huéspedes . . la ubicación es muy conveniente pero el baño no es como debería ser para el lugar que es .

Nice surprise in the center of Florence! Great fusion menu with great quality food against an excellent price considering the location. The serre is a nice quaint area to lunch and dine in.

Locale molto bello in centro a Firenze, servizio veloce ed attento. Aperitivi buoni a base di champagne e anche i primi di mare veramente ottimi! non capisco chi si lamenta della spesa alta visto che siete in centro a firenze!!
