I always come back to colle bereto when I’m in the center. The staff feel like friends and the service is top notch. Luxury feel and quality food and drinks. Perfect spot for aperitivo but even lunch and dinners. Also the go to spot for drinks at night and a good dj. Everytime I go here I feel welcomed. Everybody is super social and open for conversations which makes this the perfect spot to meet new friends in the city of Florence. Totally recommend for anyone who’s looking for a fun social evening in style.

It was a real discovery. After walking around Florence for a long time, arriving at this magnificent place is a real pleasure. The food is truly delicious, the atmosphere is extremely pleasant, and the staff is extremely friendly. A highly recommended stop.

I went for the first time to spend an evening with friends. The atmosphere was very clean and welcoming. Well organized, the staff were attentive and helpful. We ate and drank divinely. Highly recommended.

This place save nightlife in Florence at least a little bit. 15 euro for drink is more than in Netherlands so overpriced.

Everything was perfect. The service was absolutely impeccable, impressive even. The food was timely and hot when it reached the table which is always amazing. The flavor profiles on each dish were so robust and unique. The truffle pinsa was a star. The bar/ club-y atmosphere was tasteful and made it feel young and happening! Highly recommend.
