We arrived at 5.40pm, we ordered two cutting boards and at 6.20pm they had not yet arrived but this is not the main problem, the biggest problem was that a friend of mine went to ask how long it would take for the cutting board to arrive in a polite way and a curly-haired, slightly short employee allowed himself to answer in a very rude and impolite way, I can understand that it takes a while to prepare everything but I don't accept this behaviour, if you don't know how to be in the public eye, lock yourself in an office, at public you must always be polite and kind and above all you must have the desire to work. Fortunately, another tall employee with short black hair has arrived, very kind and polite, everyone should learn from her.

Food is average at best and the prices are reasonable. Wait staff are not very friendly and there's only one bathroom! Crowd is very young, mostly late teens to early 20s.

Simply the best café in Florence. Central but quiet. High end but not overcrowded. Visit every time.

We are often guests of Colle Bereto. It is a very central and convenient place for lunches during trips to Florence. Today I went in to buy some water for my dog ​​and in a super kind way, understanding the situation, they immediately brought a bowl of fresh water. Very cute, they deserve 5 stars. Thank you!

La comida es buena pero nada extraordinario , bonito espacio , la gente local es la mayoría como huéspedes . . la ubicación es muy conveniente pero el baño no es como debería ser para el lugar que es .

Locale molto bello in centro a Firenze, servizio veloce ed attento. Aperitivi buoni a base di champagne e anche i primi di mare veramente ottimi! non capisco chi si lamenta della spesa alta visto che siete in centro a firenze!!
