Honestly, I didn't like it very much. I tried the "m'innamoro" cocktail, which is served with rum burning. So far, so good. It's a shame they pour 1kg of cinnamon onto the flame to create a nice pyrotechnic effect... but if I'd wanted a cinnamon drink, I'd have ordered that. The drink is inevitably tainted, and what's more, the menu doesn't list this ingredient. Most of the staff is friendly, although the older one seemed a bit snobbish and unfriendly. Average cocktail price: €12. I wouldn't go back.

It's located in a very quiet, tree-lined alley in the heart of the city. The staff is super friendly. I went for a drink one day, and I stayed for tapas for two more days. They're original and delicious, combining different ingredients and countries. The owner, Paolo, is a real sweetheart. Today I made Kalimera for my friends in Modica. 😉 I'll definitely be back. I loved it.

Great little find. I had the “Bobs burger” which was actually better than expected. Would go back just for that. Cocktails were great aswell. Very pleased with this place. Friendly staff

Un’esperienza come quella offerta da Collage non si racconta: si vive, si gusta, si sorseggia e si ricorda a lungo. Questo locale è una gemma rara, un luogo dove ogni dettaglio è pensato con una cura quasi maniacale ma mai ostentata. Qui si mangia e si beve divinamente, e non è un’iperbole: è la semplice verità. Le proposte culinarie sono uniche, originali, spesso sorprendenti: dimenticatevi i soliti piatti visti e rivisti. Da Collage si ha la netta sensazione di assaggiare qualcosa di introvabile altrove, un viaggio tra sapori inediti e abbinamenti coraggiosi ma sempre perfettamente bilanciati. Ogni piatto è un piccolo capolavoro creativo, studiato e realizzato con passione autentica. E i cocktail? Un capitolo a parte. Favolosi è riduttivo. Ogni drink è un’opera d’arte liquida: ingredienti home made, infusi creati sul momento, spezie, agrumi, fiori, contrasti dolci-amari, texture inaspettate. Il tutto servito con un’attenzione ai dettagli che lascia senza parole. Si percepisce la mano di chi non si limita a shakerare, ma compone veri e propri racconti in un bicchiere. L’ambiente è semplicemente eccezionale: accogliente, curato, con un’identità fortissima ma capace di farti sentire subito a casa. E poi c’è il servizio: giovane, sorridente, presente ma mai invadente, con quella naturalezza disarmante che ti fa venir voglia di tornare anche solo per una chiacchiera al bancone. Collage è il posto in cui ogni dettaglio è poesia, dove ogni visita si trasforma in un’esperienza da raccontare. Complimenti sperticati e meritatissimi: posti così andrebbero protetti, celebrati, e frequentati il più possibile.
