Excellent food, good sangria, a great experience to try Spanish cuisine. Two jugs of sangria, two bottles of water, 3 tapas to taste and a dish each, we paid 26 euros per person. It's not exactly cheap, but I expected worse, promoted with full marks

For an informal but refined aperitif, we stopped at Collage Boutique Bar, a pleasant discovery in the city panorama. The interior of the restaurant is cozy and welcoming, while the large outdoor area has numerous tables, also perfect for larger groups. The cocktails stand out for their originality and care: well-balanced mixes, made with quality spirits and liqueurs, often coming from international selections. The food offering is no exception: we tasted two burgers, both well constructed and tasty. In particular, the one with brie and pear sauce proved to be surprising for its balance and character. The service deserves a special mention: young, friendly and knowledgeable staff, always attentive and helpful. A pleasant experience, with excellent value for money. A recommended stop for those looking for a refined aperitif with top-quality cuisine.
