Collage was recommended by our B&B hosts. It’s one of only two places we visited multiple times during our 18 days in Sicily. And if it was located in our home town, we’d frequent it weekly! The service is perfect. The ambience is fun. The drinks were the most creative and best we had during our trip (and maybe anywhere?), the food was delicious, and the location perfect. Collage is a true star in Catania. I think that is evidenced by the amount of locals that frequent here. Go to Collage. You won’t be disappointed!

The bar is a bit out of the way but in a quieter area. The presentation of the cocktails is something special and some of them were served with a little story. It was very tasty and the service was friendly too!
