Colibrio In Bari

I discovered this place and went there two Sundays in a row. All the pastries and savory items were excellent, especially the focaccia, which was amazing. It would be hard to mistake it for gluten if it weren't a completely gluten-free place. It will be our regular stop every time we go to Bari. Highly recommended 💯

Focaccia barese, panzerotti, pastries, and much more, all gluten-free, both for takeout and dine-in, and excellent quality. Given the popularity, they should increase the number of tables so dine-in can be accommodated.

I highly recommend this place. Throughout our stay in Bari, we ate delicious breakfasts there every day, both sweet and savory, and the coffee was excellent. Plus, everything was gluten-free 😍

This is the only true gluten free restaurant in Bari where you can order of a menu. It's 100% gf facility. Sundays, they have fresh canolos. They're focaccia is delicious, crispy crust, chewy crumb. Eggplant parmesan is also very good. I've had many of the pastries as well and comes here frequently for fresh gf lasagna sheets in the fridge to take home and make my own. Service is pretty good and I've anyways been greeted with a warm welcome.

The puff croissants are heavenly, the cannelloni is delicious. The coffees were also excellent, I can only recommend them.

It's like a dream for celiac people. I've never tasted so amazing sandwiches and focaccia, you couldn't tell that they are gluten free. The pastries are also amazing, and they have a wild variety from everything - sandwiches, pastries, cakes, arrancini, focaccia....

Gluten free, lactose free paradise I went to Colibrio Pasticceria Bistrot and was surprised by how many gluten free delights they have, whether you want to sit, sip, and stay… or take anything home. My picks? A almond milk cappuccino, I would prefer it stronger. Arancini was delicious, and a millefoglie so crisp and flavorful it should come with a warning label: “May cause instant joy.” And that red velvet cake… soft, creamy, dreamy. I seriously wish I could eat more! Everything was so delicious, I couldn’t believe everything was gluten free. 100% worth the visit if you love good food, and that “wow” feeling after every bite

Yesterday the kids ate panzerotti and focaccia, everything delicious! They were thrilled, and when they're happy, we're happy too ❤️ We'll be back soon to try other specialties!

A small place with good food and helpful staff. They also have many lactose-free options. It's a shame about the table service. There were two of us, and they only brought us a pair of dirty cutlery to share. When I asked for clean cutlery, they only washed the dirty one. We also received a full-price discount on our receipt when we only ordered half the price. I was hoping for better, but it's a shame.
