Colibrio In Bari

A great place for those looking for gluten-free food. Both sweet and savory options are available. The panzerotti (a bit too fatty, but good!) and croissants (with and without fillings) are delicious! The croissants are even easy to eat the next day and aren't hard at all! There should be more places like this! Friendly service, varied prices, and reasonable prices.

Everything is gluten-free. The cream croissant is fabulous, the best gluten-free croissant I've ever had. The prices are fair and not too high, especially considering the central location. The perfect place for snacks, lunch, and dinner. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I visited this cafe three years ago during a trip to Bari and I haven't stopped thinking about it since. Because of this cafe I learnt how to say "delicious" in Italian just so I could tell the servers. I ate here every day of my trip - breakfast (delicious savory pastries), lunch (best burger of my life) and snacks (heavenly sweet pastries. Seriously. If there is dessert in heaven it's made by Colibrio). I dream of this cafe. I would return to Bari from my home country just to visit this cafe. Life can be frustrating as a celiac but it's places like Colibrio that make it so much better and set the example for other gluten free food providers. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

It presents itself as a pastry shop and café. Their products are strictly gluten-free. This doesn't detract from their excellent quality. Located on the "border" between the old, historic Bari and the Bari Murattiana district. Naturally, it's in the city center, close to the Lungomare Barese. On days with mild winter temperatures, they offer outdoor table service. Needless to say, in the summer, having breakfast outside is pure pleasure. I use their services because I don't live in Bari, ordering pastries for family events. Since they don't offer home delivery, I send my relatives to pick up the products. Excellent payment terms, which I use according to the established methods. Anyway, Chapeau!!!

I often go to this bar because I feel like I'm part of the family, the staff are smiling and never intrusive... not to mention their delicious products, both savoury and sweet... oh I forgot the bald guy with the beard who is really very nice.

Eating Colibrio's Pan di Stelle panettone is a truly delightful experience! I highly recommend it, as well as all their products.

I discovered this place and went there two Sundays in a row. All the pastries and savory items were excellent, especially the focaccia, which was amazing. It would be hard to mistake it for gluten if it weren't a completely gluten-free place. It will be our regular stop every time we go to Bari. Highly recommended 💯

Focaccia barese, panzerotti, pastries, and much more, all gluten-free, both for takeout and dine-in, and excellent quality. Given the popularity, they should increase the number of tables so dine-in can be accommodated.

I highly recommend this place. Throughout our stay in Bari, we ate delicious breakfasts there every day, both sweet and savory, and the coffee was excellent. Plus, everything was gluten-free 😍
