Every single thing I ordered her was so delicious, above and beyond any expectations I had and by far the best gluten free baked goods I had in Italy. I tried about 4 or 5 different pastries, some sweet, some savory, all AMAZING!! I would go back to Bari just for this bakery.

Thought I was in heaven when I saw the large array of cakes and pastries all gluten free. The food is delicious! Very spoilt for choice and lovely to find a place that caters specifically for those of us who can’t usually enjoy such delicacies.

Colibrìo is a certainty for us celiacs, they have everything Gluten-free. It is wonderful to enter a place where you find the counter full of sweet and savory delights all gluten-free. From focaccia to krapfen it is delicious. You can also make a tasty aperitif. As you can see from the photos Colibrìo is a temple for us celiacs and I highly recommend it to everyone.

Buonissimo tutto, tappa fissa ogni volta che scendo a Bari. Mi svaligerei l’intero locale, cuoco compreso. Non mi sono mai fermata ma ho sempre preso d’asporto quindi non posso valutare servizio ecc ma vale la pena dare una chance

08/05/2025: Il miglior bar di Modugno. La qualità del caffè è eccezionale, e si intuisce che a monte c'è una ricerca dell'aroma basata sulla giusta scelta delle fragranze arabiche e robuste. I dolci e le torte sono davvero buoni, artigianali e con ricco assortimento. Umberto e Giuliano sono sempre cordiali e attenti ai clienti. Lo consiglio vivamente.

14/05/2025: We stopped by chance at an interesting and friendly address. The waitresses speak French and English and offer advice. Unpretentious but pleasant and clean.
