02/04/2024: We just spent a few days with the family and it was really great, the employees at both the reception, floors and restaurant were charming and very helpful. I would only have one drawback, we had to go out every night with the bedroom window open because it was so hot and we had the thermostat at 19C, but it's like it didn't work, maybe it was centralized. Another thing that shocked me was that I booked a Premium Room and the truth is, it was small and without any details, on the second floor and facing the interior patio....my daughters had a standard triple room and they were given a bathrobe and slippers.. .maybe it was a confusion. The truth is that the staff a 10 and thank you for that late check out, it helped us in the organization of the last day.
