Clorofilla In Roma

We were in Rome for a few days and were staying in an apartment almost adjacent to the restaurant. We looked up the reviews and booked in. We loved it. We tried the tasting menu with wine. Incredible take on modern Roman food. Lovely service too. Highly recommend.

We went there to celebrate our anniversary. Near Palazzo Farnese and Campo de' Fiori, this restaurant immerses you in a very relaxing and unique atmosphere. The attention to detail and presentation of the dishes is remarkable, and the staff is truly prompt and efficient in serving and making you feel at ease. I hope the photos are enough to demonstrate the quality of the dishes, as there's a remarkable balance between flavor and aesthetics that few manage to achieve. Full marks.

Amazing, creative food and cocktails. Plates 17-20ish

We booked this place, after a coworker recommended a previous esperience here. Service: Our waitress was great (especially given she was the only one on the tables all night). We felt bad for her as she seemed very stressed. Food: We did the tasting menu b/c why not – we're in Italy and the reviews for this place seemed promising. It wasn't bad, but each course was just good. And the time between plates was pretty long. One period was 60 minutes between plates. Idk if it was the kitchen or the server but we considered leaving half way through given how long things were taking. I think 3 stars is fair for the avg of the meal. They try to be very inventive with the plates but almost too much, where they miss the mark. Multiple sauces but all with the same flavor profile. This place could be really good but it left us wanting more. Enviornment: It's 'cute'. They cater to the Instagram crowd for sure.

If you are looking for Italian but more than the typical four Roman pastas or pizza, come here. Don’t get me wrong, those classics are classic for a reason, but the food here was modern and not something you can find elsewhere. The dishes and drinks are all very special and creative, which makes it difficult to decide. Flavor combinations are fresh and stellar. It’s giving fine dining without having to drop €300 a person. Living in a food-boring city in Germany, this place made me very happy. Service was also great, music was pleasant. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
