I wrote a positive review about 3 years ago, but today I've noticed that this restaurant has changed over time. Excellent food, clean, well-kept premises, without a doubt, but the noise levels are unbearable. Groups of young people giggling rudely as if they were in a pub, families with screaming, crying children and screaming mothers, and none of the managers say a word. Are we at a market? I went on Saturday night and I couldn't hear what my fellow diners were saying! It was more elegant... even the people... years ago. I won't be going back.

Wonderful restaurant!
The service is impeccable: attentive, friendly, and always available. The quality of the food is excellent; you can clearly taste the fresh and carefully selected ingredients. A huge plus is the attention to celiac disease, with safe and well-managed options. A truly pleasant experience, highly recommended!

This is the second time I've been to this restaurant and I have to say I ate the best Modenese gnocco... spectacular culatello and the first evening I had an excellent tartare with white truffle... what can I say, excellent Sangiovese wine... BRAVI

Clorofilla Restaurant — I truly don’t know where to begin.
Our stay was at the hotel above, and Clorofilla Restaurant welcomed us for five unforgettable nights. Every single evening, the staff were exceptionally kind, respectful, and warm in their manner. They treated us not as guests, but as part of their own family.
The food was simply outstanding—absolutely flawless. We enjoyed a variety of dishes, all prepared with the finest, most luxurious ingredients, each one more delicious than the last.
If you ever find yourself in Carpi, do not miss the opportunity to visit this restaurant. Skipping it would mean missing out on a truly special and memorable experience.

A modern and elegant setting near the historic center and adjacent to the historic Hotel Touring.
Meat is the star, along with other traditional Emilian dishes (the fried gnocchi and tortelli are excellent).
Prices are reasonable for the quality and the service is professional... A great place to stay in Carpi!

Clorofilla is the restaurant par excellence: not too expensive (compared to the average) but high quality, well-kept yet informal, suitable for everyone (even dogs), a lover of tradition but with an eye for innovation. Everything on the menu is amazing, including the desserts... not to mention the waiters 🤪Adriano makes amazing custom cakes! All around you, you can feel a love for the decor, art, and conviviality... It's always a great place to be.

Always a delightful dinner. The restaurant is meticulously maintained, offering high-quality, exquisitely prepared dishes... you can feel the attention to detail, especially in the ingredients and service... I recommend it if you want to eat well in a pleasant, family atmosphere!
