Abbiamo cenato nello splendido dehor che si configura come un oasi fresco e rilassante in pieno centro. Locale molto curato e servizio attento. Cantina fornitissima ed ampia selezione di gin non convenzionali. Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo. Consigliatissimo.

elegant restaurant located under the touring hotel in Carpi. High-quality cuisine with a vast selection of wines. Soft and romantic atmosphere 'decorated' by friendly and knowledgeable staff. In summer you can dine in the cool and airy garden.

In my experience there is not much to expect from a hotel restaurant, but Clorofilla Wine was a pleasant surprise. Of course, the setting is typical of a hotel, therefore quite dry without particular character, but still clean and well-kept. The tables in the garden will be much more pleasant in summer. The food, especially the meat, is good and the portions generous. I forgot the very well-stocked cellar with a wide choice. Certainly to be recommended.
