Cena fortuita, avevano appena disdetto un tavolo. Bel locale, personale discreto e sorridente. Sala piena e un po' di confusione, la musica di sottofondo stona. Calice di prosecco versato fino all ' ultima goccia della bottiglia? Non e' bello vederselo versare in quel modo. Un po' caro ma piatti abbondanti e ben presentati. Buone le sfere di parmigiano, mentre i cappelletti rosa hanno un retrogusto dolce che stona.

Very extensive menu, in season there is white truffle. Cool, clear service, average food (no imagination), but for a hotel restaurant this is most likely what you need. The wine list has 2 very interesting positions (for some, more, but for others, Burgundy is not needed in this place). The atmosphere is a canteen in Biryulyovo, but the service is excellent. I recommend it. I'll be back.

We are not from the area, but every time it is worth the trip to stop by Clorofilla wine and restaurant. Not one is missing, good food, well-selected wine list, relaxing atmosphere, all accompanied by the big smile and super professional service of Adriano and Marcello together with all their staff.
I hope to be able to return soon!

Da anni conosco ed apprezzo questo prezioso ristorante della mia città, sin dai tempi in cui sorse nello storico parco cittadino. Oggi esso si trova in ambienti lindi ed ariosi del prestigioso Hotel Touring ( con un accesso proprio) , sempre fedele a se stesso e sempre avvolto da chiara fama. Le radici dell’offerta culinaria traggono vigore dalla superba tradizione locale e,soprattutto, con un particolare rilievo riservato ai piatti di carne, che qui raggiungono i vertici della perfezione. Un ristorante da consigliare ad occhi chiusi, con un servizio attento e qualificato e con prezzi ancora abbordali e ampiamente giustificati. Memorabile !
