Una serata resa indimenticabile da piatti sublimi e un servizio impeccabile. É la meta perfetta per chi sa apprezzare la qualità delle materie prime preparati con dedizione ed attenzione al dettaglio da Chef Alessio e team. In passato ho avuto occasione di gustare la cucina stellata di Fenoglio e Niederkofler, e questo ristorante non deve temere minimamente il confronto. Complimenti sinceri e la mia raccomandazione vivissima! Bravi, bravissimi!

Cena piacevole fra amici,che ci hanno fatto conoscere questo ristorante a Rieti in zona campoloniano. Servizio impeccabile e veloce.Piatti curati con materie di primissima scelta. Sono rimasta piacevolmente colpita dalla cremosita' della fregola leggermente piccante, davvero gustosa.Un piatto abbondante che si è fatto mangiare tutto volentieri e senza appesantire. Stessa identica nota positiva per la frittura do camberi e calamari che nella sua semplicità è stato eseguiti in maniera magistrale, frittura asciutta croccante al punto giusto. Notevoli i dolci con abbinamento del frutto tropicale di cui vado matta. Qualcuno dei commensali ha trovato un po' stucchevole ed esagerato il dolce al pistacchio, ma non posso personalmente valutarlo. Posso sicuramente dare un voto ottimo al ristorante

Good evening everyone Restaurant located in the Campoloniano area (Rieti) Fish-based food, very refined both in preparation, in plating and in preparation. Wide selection of white, red and sparkling wines. Small, cozy place and overall private. Very scenic open kitchen and well managed by the chefs' staff Dining room staff limited to just one person who proved to be courteous, polite and very attentive to the needs of diners. Price for 3 people: 3 multiple starters, 3 first courses and a fried dish, vintage Ferrari sparkling wine = €200 Reservation is recommended Advised !!!

24/08/2024: I came across this place by chance. I come from Varese and I had decided to visit some cities, including Accumoli, Amatrice and L'Aquila. During the trip, I found this restaurant, and both from the name and the place it really inspired me a lot. Before saying how the food and services were, I want to say that I don't think I've ever seen the welcome I had anywhere else. The staff were very very welcoming, they made me feel for a moment as if I were at home. Furthermore, the abundant and truly good dishes took me back in time, like when my grandmother would cook my favorite dishes on my way home from school, always delicious. I have seen places that I cannot forget, I have spoken to people who have conveyed to me their pain but also a great desire to be reborn.

Ristorante Maria Fontana

20/12/2024: The restaurant is located in Poggio Moiano in the Sabina area, an area rich in olives that produce excellent oil. The place looks like an 80s trattoria, but if you don't pay attention to the location but only to what you eat you have found the right place. The management is family-run, the owner is called Zoff due to his football past in goal, you will see him running in the rooms helped by his father while his wife takes care of the kitchen. I highly recommend you eat the macaroni which are very thin tagliolini with sauce.
18/12/2024: Today, passing through Poggio Moiano with friends, we went for lunch at this historic restaurant in the area. Truly a wonderful surprise. As soon as we entered we were greeted and shown to our table. For lunch we let the owner advise us. We started with an appetizer of cured meats and cheeses with a side of pumpkin, beans and oforatella, a truly excellent start. Followed by a typical local first course, macaroni with sauce. For the second course, a black pork stew with porcini mushrooms. All accompanied by a good local red wine. You absolutely have to come back to try other dishes.
