The restaurant has the disadvantage of being located near a small square that on weekends is generally crowded with second-generation Italians who are often tipsy, stoned, and quarrelsome. The atmosphere is a bit cold and sparse, despite the building being anything but ugly. The pizzas are expensive, more than the average for similar places in Piove di Sacco. The ingredients are of decent quality, and the overall quality is good, but not enough to justify prices found in downtown cities or tourist destinations. The service was subpar; breadsticks were missing from the table (not mandatory, but always appreciated), and I noticed that the very eager young waiters had gotten a couple of orders wrong. A little more organization wouldn't hurt, given that the restaurant has excellent potential.

24/02/2026: The experience was truly enjoyable. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with a refined yet understated ambiance, perfect for both a romantic dinner and an evening with friends. The menu offers traditional Italian dishes prepared with quality ingredients and great attention to detail. I particularly appreciated the freshness of the ingredients and the elegant yet authentic presentation. The wine list is also excellent, well-stocked and with interesting options that pair perfectly with the dishes. The service was professional and friendly: the staff was attentive and helpful, helping make the experience even more enjoyable. A restaurant I recommend to anyone seeking authentic flavors, a relaxed atmosphere, and a touch of sophistication in the heart of Padua. I will definitely be back!

03/11/2025: The Librosteria offers a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The selection of books is varied and well-thought out, and every piece of furniture has a purpose, like the small sitting area on the right in the entrance. It's a place to visit for intellectual stimulation, as well as for the pleasure of listening to the owner discuss titles and authors she knows how to make you want to know in just a few minutes. A bonus for such a special place is the opportunity to sample a well-stocked vegetarian and vegan menu.
18/10/2025: An alternative-friendly atmosphere, packed with books, where Padua's young university students (and others) enjoy drinks and socializing. The themed aperitifs are renowned. The silver-haired owner, bartender, and manager are unparalleled.
