Friendly staff. I had a lasagna with a glass of red = 26€ Dry and mushy lasagna.

Restaurant recommended by the receptionist at the Cavour hotel. Very warm welcome from the entire restaurant team. The waiter recommended a tasting platter of different typical Piedmontese dishes as well as an excellent local white wine. I recommend.

I was there for a retirement lunch and I must say that I really enjoyed it. The place is clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the food is really very good. I will definitely go back

I went there tonight for the first time and I really liked everything. Rich and delicious dishes. Excellent presentation of all dishes. Congratulations to everyone, it was a pleasant evening. I recommend it and will definitely return.

Once upon a time, but I'm talking about prehistory, it was an excellent restaurant, very suitable for couples, at least in the evening. Now, it looks like a normal bar to me. The location is enviable. Surrounded by offices, lawyers and notary offices. I hope they have maintained the kitchen, at least in the evening. Rating eight

A place that has now become a point of reference for Novara restaurants. Refined and welcoming environment. The dishes we tried (homemade tagliatelle with sausage ragù, onions and cherry tomatoes, fassona steak with raw spinach, flakes of cheese and balsamic vinegar) were simply perfect, even the baked potatoes were well cooked and not greasy. Even those looking for non-meat based dishes can be satisfied, in fact the crepes and parmigiana chosen by my wife (which I tried) were very good. The wine list is particularly carefully curated and favors Piedmontese labels. If I can make just one note, the desserts are supplied by a well-known pastry shop; If they managed to organize themselves with their own pastry chef they would reach the top (but they assured me that they are working on it)... Very attentive service (our waitress was particularly good) and normal waiting times. The restaurant also allows you to order small portions (which in any case are equal to the "normal" portions served by other restaurants). I count absolutely within the norm. Visited today 24 February 2024, I am pleased to confirm what was previously written, and I attach new photos of the dishes ordered. Well done and congratulations. July 14, 2024 added 3 photos from today's visit. The risotto was particularly appreciated (excellent and particularly appreciated).

pranzo con amiche dopo visita mostra locale molto carino personale efficiente molto cortese la ragazza che ci ha serviti molto gentili assaggiato tris di fassona ( fassona di salsiccia di bra lingua con bagnetto verde e insalata di bollito in mostarda cremonese )servita con contorno a scelta tra parare artisti al forno o verdure saltare tutto veramente buono e curato . peccato finita la cheescake allo zabaione e moscato dasti ma assaggiato un sorbetto di pera al calvados eccezionale sicuramente fatto da loro ! da ritornare

Sempre una garanzia. Ritornato dopo circa un anno, posso confermare quanto di buono ho sperimentato in precedenza. Rimane locale di riferimento per chi vuole mangiare ottimi piatti a base di fassona (io ho provato un tris di fassona e un cappello di prete cotto a bassa temperatura con fonduta di gorgonzola, due piatti che definirei ottimi). La particolarità che di ogni piatto si può ordinare la mezza porzione a prezzi contenuti, ma posso tranquillamente dire che la mia mezza porzione di cappello del prete (tre belle fette) può essere paragonata a certe porzioni "piene" servite da altri ristoranti. Altra particolarità del locale è che, essendo sempre aperto dal mattino presto fino alla mezzanotte, offre un'ampia varietà di servizi, che vanno dal classico servizio bar (colazioni con ottima caffetteria espresso ed ampia varietà di brioches), al servizio aperitivi (molto valida la carta dei vini), oltre al citato servizio ristorante. Molto gentile e competente il personale tutto. Prezzi assolutamente onesti tenendo conto dell'importante materia prima utilizzata.
