Una serata indimenticabile in una trattoria a Celano, famosa per la carne. Nonostante le mie preoccupazioni, i proprietari, che si occupano personalmente della cucina, sono stati incredibilmente accoglienti. Quando ho spiegato che preferisco una cucina vegetale, la proprietaria e cuoca mi ha proposto diverse opzioni con i prodotti disponibili del giorno. I piatti erano semplici ma deliziosi, esattamente ciò che cercavo. Per concludere, ci ha servito delle ciambelline al vino senza uova insieme al caffè. Sono andata via felice e soddisfatta. A volte basta davvero poco per rendere una serata speciale. Grazie, spero di poterci ritornare un giorno.

An unforgettable evening in a trattoria in Celano, famous for its meat. Despite my concerns, the owners, who take care of the cooking themselves, were incredibly welcoming. When I explained that I prefer plant-based cuisine, the owner and chef offered me several options with the products available that day. The dishes were simple but delicious, exactly what I was looking for. To conclude, he served us some eggless wine donuts with coffee. I left happy and satisfied. Sometimes very little is enough to make an evening special. Thank you, I hope to be able to return one day.

Excellent restaurant with regional specialties, no tourist trap. Nice service. Once the staff finds out you don't want pizza and coca-cola, they treat you like a local.

Excellent welcome from the kind and competent owner who immediately put us at ease. We ate a cut of excellent quality and served in an excellent way.

Restaurant found by chance, the view is certainly very beautiful.
However, they brought us a basket with bread nibbled by someone else and my plate was stained with sauce (certainly washed badly). The staff was friendly, the dishes simple and quite good.
