Eating traditional dishes, whether sitting or standing, is a fabulous experience. The doughnuts are light, even though they're fried, with sugar and lots of toppings. The staff is friendly, but the wait to be seated is obviously long.

The graffa is truly delicious, soft and flavorful, but in my opinion the prices are excessive. I understand the location near the Mergellina waterfront, but €2.50 for a 0.5L bottle of water and €5.50 for a filled graffa (€1.50 for the filling, considering a plain one costs €4) seems too much.

Excellent doughnuts, impeccable service, and knowledgeable staff. The doughnuts arrived within minutes of ordering, warm and soft. It was impossible not to order a second helping!

Il bar migliore che ci possa essere sul lungomare di mergellina, offre aperitivi e dolci ottimi ma soprattutto a buon prezzo, il personale è davvero accogliente, ma soprattutto non c’è miglior giornata passata ad un bar con amici difronte ad una vista favolosa del mare di Napoli.

Ciro a Mergellina lo considero uno dei migliori ristoranti che ci siano nella nostra splendida città! La mia opinione potrebbe essere intesa come abituale frequentazione di questa ottima tavola: solo se si considera che la mia famiglia lo frequenta da 70 anni! Il mio ricordo va a Ciro e Mariuccia, Pasqualino e la sua meravigliosa Signora ed i figli Ciro, Antonio,e il più piccolo del quale non riesco a ricordarne il nome! Ma la cucina è sempre ottima, servizio attento e cortese, la loro spigola fritta è un monumento alla gastronomia partenopea! Come non consigliarlo: impossibile! Eccellente , e soprattutto ottimo! Lo consiglio a tutti! Non si può venire a Napoli e non fermarsi da Ciro a Mergellina!

24/08/2025: Absolutely one of the best pizzerias in the area. A pizzeria on par with the most renowned pizzerias in Naples. Light dough, quality ingredients. Truly an excellent pizza. The only negative is the service, which needs improvement. There were two of us, and it's impossible for the pizzas to be served so close together.
15/08/2025: The best gluten-free pizza I've ever had, I love this place! They're very attentive to intolerances, and the staff is truly conscientious. The service is very fast and accurate, and the prices are reasonable and not at all high. Every time I crave a good pizza, I go back!

13/08/2025: They say they have gluten free options, and they do, but they did not let me order a regular pizza from the menu (diavola, capriocciosa, margherita etc). The waiter, who took forever to take our order, said "gluten free was outside the menu" and asked me if tomato sauce on my pizza was ok, and I said: yes but with something else... Prosciutto or something I don't know. He said ok and literally brought me a dough with tomato sauce and a huge layer of prosciutto, no cheese, no anything. It was salty and the dough was not homemade, it was frozen. The price is ok. My partner got regular food and he said it was alright.
11/08/2025: Fresh and excellent products. I highly recommend it.
