The Da Ciro pizzeria restaurant in Colonna has an ancient tradition, specializing in fish-based dishes and typical Roman and Castelli Romani dishes. The pizzeria restaurant also serves an excellent pizza with a low Roman dough. Always well-seasoned. The courtesy and kindness of the owner and the guys who work with him are extraordinary, together with the skill and ability of those who assist him in the kitchen. In short, if you pass by Colonna, but even if you have to come there on purpose, It is an excellent address, I recommend it

As always at Ciro's excellent food. Very good pizza with healthy ingredients, always fresh fish and acceptable prices. The only negative aspect is the service a little too slow for everything else is ok.

06/02/2025: This is a lovely small restaurant with indoor and curb side seating on a side street not far from the Via Vittorio Veneto, Borghese Park and ancient city walls. We had made a reservation but we were early compared to Italian tradition, so they were not very busy. A nice table out on the sidewalk on a relatively quiet street. We started with a recommended house wine and a bruschetta type starter, along with Carpaccio della Granda. Our main was a beef fillet sliced and green beans. We finished with a Cappuccino, Espresso and Limoncello. We shared everything between the two of us Everything was excellent and the service was attentive without being at your table all the time. Highly recommend.
