Today at lunch with two friends (4 people in total) we ordered a fish tasting menu for 4....what can I say...fantastic, lots of stuff and above all not the usual "fish meal". Enzo, the waiter, very efficient and professional, the place very nice...what can I say, next Tuesday I have already booked for another round of fish with other people. I recommend everyone to stop by this place, for quality, quantity and professionalism.

The Cataratto Benedè wine from the Alessandro Camporeale winery opened the evening with its freshness, followed by an appetizer of grilled shellfish and calamari on vegetable cream, a perfect balance of flavors and textures. The first courses, homemade alla norma and pasta with sardines, delighted us with their simplicity and goodness. The grand finale was a riot of sweetness with Sicilian zeppole, babà and cannoli, offered with exquisite courtesy by Mr. Enzo. Special praise goes to Enzo, the waiter, for his professionalism and kindness. Modena Sud - Sicilia a Tavola is a restaurant that we highly recommend to anyone who wishes to savor true Sicilian cuisine, in a welcoming and familiar atmosphere. 2018: Pleasant surprise! In the heart of Emilia, a jewel of Sicilian cuisine within everyone's reach. We ate fish as our first experience, all the dishes were truly noteworthy, tasty and fresh. Good value for money and pleasant, cheerful and professional wait staff. For a stickler like me about fried seafood I have to admit passing with flying colors!!

Exceptional! The pizza is excellent, I've been getting it here for years and it's always perfect. The restaurant is impeccable and some dishes, especially those based on fish, are superb. The pastry shop is sublime. The service is impeccable and the staff is helpful and courteous. I think the prices are in relation to the quality, sometimes even cheaper than comparable restaurants. I think it's one of the few restaurants/pizzeria/bars where, whatever you choose, you won't go wrong. Highly recommended.

A beautiful discovery! We read the reviews on the Internet and since today we would be near Modena we decided to try this restaurant for a fish-based lunch. The quality of the food is excellent! each dish was well presented and full of flavour. The service was truly impeccable, with staff who were always available and very professional, attentive to every detail. I would say that the quality-price ratio is more than satisfactory. Recommended without doubt! And we will definitely be back!!

We were staying in a villa nearby and we tried our luck in this restaurant. We have not been disappointed at all! There is a vast choice of seafood of good quality (perfect for my partner avoiding meat). The service was impeccable. We arrived quite late and we were low tourist season so there were little customers left. Nevertheless, the waiter took his time to give us suggestions and make us try the Sicilian way to eat the food, even though his English is very limited (so is my Italian). Much appreciated! Also, I was alone to drink wine so didn't want to order a bottle. They left one at the table so I could take some glasses - without doing the police and without charging the whole bottle a the end. The wine was very good. We ordered each entry-course-dessert.
