It's hard to review a favorite place objectively. It opened many years ago as a somewhat spartan homely place! I loved it. Times are different now, the prices are a little higher and the mountains of squacquerone cheese are a little lower...very low. Well...I wouldn't call it a club, but a restaurant, good but ordinary. The quality is always excellent.

Young, enthusiastic, and very courteous. Top-of-the-line bruschetta. Bruschetta of the week with cavolo nero, stracciatella, and salted almonds, delicious! Bruschetta Valles with lemon oil is equally noteworthy! The desserts are also excellent, and the Rudino at the end is the icing on the cake. Well done!

A warm, comfortable, and inviting atmosphere. A cozy fireplace, top-notch bruschetta, and incredibly friendly staff...what more could you ask for? My husband and I spent a lovely evening here, finally eating a proper bruschetta...a rare find, I'd say. They have two types of bread: one made with Timilia flour, an ancient Sicilian grain, and one made with Type 1 durum wheat. Truly excellent bruschetta, and the staff are friendly, cheerful, and professional. The space isn't very large, so reservations are a must. Kudos to the entire staff.

The bruschetta is delicious; I loved it. The place has a rustic style, which I personally love. I spent a lovely evening with friends in a convivial setting. My favorite is the one with anchovies and red pesto, but I'll be back to try them all!

19/01/2026: An unforgettable experience. We chose the five-course menu (selectable from the à la carte menu) with a glass of wine (one for each course). We were greeted with a delicious entrée and pampered throughout. The service was excellent, attentive but not overwhelming. The appetizer was delicious, the first courses delicate yet well-structured, rich in flavor, and the meat perfectly cooked. I didn't find the dessert as exciting as the rest of the menu; perhaps if I had chosen it again, I would have ordered a different course, but that's just my personal opinion. I hope to return soon to try the rest of the menu! Congratulations.
18/01/2026: A must-visit when passing through these parts. The usual high-quality service and excellent food, although I wasn't entirely convinced. There were some small details, like the artichokes, which weren't very chewy in the more cooked parts. Otherwise, everything was well-balanced: bitterness, acidity, aromas, and savory. I like the way the herbs have evolved over time. All good, some very pleasant discoveries. We'll gladly return.

27/10/2025: A Rediscovered Treasure: The Perfect Lunch at Brodino in Cesena Brodino isn't just a pasta shop; it's a culinary experience that warms the heart and soul. Finally, I've rediscovered one of those beautiful places for lunch, a true gem that I sadly thought no longer existed in Italy. A traditional place, with exceptional quality and a unique atmosphere. Today's lunch was simply fantastic. The tagliatelle with ragù were divine, fresh pasta, hand-rolled as it should be, and a flavorful and enveloping ragù, a true ode to Romagna tradition. And what about the sausages with baked potatoes? Absolutely excellent, perfectly cooked, leaving the sausages juicy and the potatoes crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The portions are just right, and the dishes are prepared with care and authenticity that comes through in every bite. The prices are fair and balanced, an unrivaled value for money given the freshness and quality of the products offered. Special praise goes to the open kitchen, which is simply marvelous. Being able to observe the mastery with which the dishes are prepared, the cleanliness, and the organization is an added value that demonstrates honesty and passion. The staff is very kind and welcoming, contributing to the familiar and relaxing atmosphere. Excellent, attentive, and cheerful service makes you feel at home. Brodino is more than a pasta shop with a kitchen: it's an institution, a reference point for those seeking true culinary tradition, excellent ingredients, and the warm welcome that only certain places can offer. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to immerse themselves in authentic flavors and enjoy a memorable lunch. I will be back, and I will soon!
