Nice restaurant, we sat outside, with very good service.
We came because of the very good reviews for the gluten-free pizza and were not disappointed. I would even say it was one of the best pizzas I've ever eaten, if not the best. The crust looks substantial, but it's fluffy, soft, and not at all filling, rather airy, perfect for a hot day. I would really like the recipe ❤️
My husband had the vitello tonnato, and that was also delicious 😋
For all those who suffer from celiac disease and are still looking for the perfect pizza, you'll find it here. Only the pizza is gluten-free, not the pasta. Just a little info.

The pizzas and burgers are always exceptional, the desserts are wonderful.
The ingredients are of the highest quality.
The staff is very professional.
Tommy is always available for any need, as is the kitchen.
The owner is always present and available.
The outdoor area is beautiful right in the main square of Alba, at the foot of the "baby".
I recommend leaving your car in the station parking lot.

And this was the best pizza of my fairly long life lived across two hemispheres. The classic Provola and potatoes with cream of roasted carrots with rosemary.

The service was great, the staff were very friendly and polite. However, I found the prices a little above the norm. I chose the burger because I had heard that their bread was phenomenal (and indeed it is). But everything else was ok (the meat was nothing special, the cheddar I didn't even taste, you could only taste the carrots). So the prices don't make sense, especially because the chips were chips version, there was no sauce as usual (cheap in making but not in price). Then we were 2 couples with a 2 year old child and they charged the child a 3€ cover charge too.

I have been a barista for 25 years, I came in to get a coffee in this wonderful place..and I can only give an excellent review ... Spectacularly clean coffee machine..(which is not a given) .. the milk frothed as only a professional barista can do.. and excellent welcome from the staff. Thank you 🙏🏻❤️
