Great food, and reasonably priced. Very friendly and attentive service. The ambiance is also very appealing, apart from the sharp corners and edges at head height, which really need to be addressed.

Are you vegan and into spice? Go to Origami. Delicious food and friendly, helpful staff. I recommend it to non-vegans, too, of course!

A very welcoming place in the center of La Spezia, with modern and warm furnishings, all in wood, and tables decorated with manga and comics, which I really appreciated! A good selection of vegetarian dishes, including falafel, hummus, seitan, tempeh, ravioli, and more. Wine or craft beer pairings are also available. A great place to spend a lovely evening; there are also various board games available, and it has a lovely covered terrace.

The food was amazing. I especially enjoyed the vegan cheese plate and tiramisu. Atmosphere was casual and welcoming. Service was very friendly. There is only one toilet but it was very clean. Definetly recommended whether you are vegan or not.

Delcicious food and great service. Had the cheese plate for starters, came with a nice mix of vegan cheeses, crackers and fruits. For main I had the Gnocci, excellent cheesy sauce, crunchy greens and vegan sausage pieces. Had to try the desert too, mousecake was extremely creamy and chocolatey. A must have!

Gelateria Cremeria Garibaldi

06/04/2026: Their gelatos are amazing, as the other reviews say, but their tiramisu is simply otherworldly. We returned to Levanto just to eat their tiramisu before leaving. It’s definitely one of the best places in Levanto or the Cinque Terre region for both gelato and tiramisu.
14/02/2026: If I had to name the best gelato in Levanto, for me there's no doubt: Cremeria Garibaldi. The flavors have an incredible, full, authentic flavor. You can taste the quality of the ingredients and the perfect balance between sweetness and intensity. The creams are velvety, enveloping, never cloying; the fruit flavors are fresh and natural, with a real, not artificial, taste. It's always difficult to choose because each flavor has its own character and personality. Even the texture is perfect: just the right amount of creaminess, without being heavy. A gelato that's not just delicious, but memorable. For us, it's the absolute benchmark in Levanto.
