Among the best burgers I've ever had, I recommend the one with cheddar and bacon, truly delicious. Not to mention the freshly baked potatoes and the aioli sauce, which were insane. My only suggestion for the restaurant would be to maybe provide a little sauce or some good oil to dip all that bread they give you at the beginning, because there wasn't much to mop up with the burger :)

The welcome was very warm. And the food was delicious; it was hard to choose, but we went for the burgers, and we have no regrets. A real treat and very generous portions—if we'd had enough room to try everything on the menu, we would have! Thank you so much!

A really cool and cozy place to eat. Everything is vegan, the service is great, and there are fantastic appetizers perfect for sharing with couples. Vamanos!

A fantastic vegan restaurant! From the appetizer to the main course and dessert, everything was superb, and the absolute highlight was the waiter. He was incredibly attentive and helpful, and even though he was working alone that evening, there was hardly any waiting time, yet we still felt consistently well looked after. If you want to sit outside, you should arrive right when it opens. A must for vegans in La Spezia.

Loved the chesnut gluten-free crepe with almond ricotta. Also the tiramisu and chocolate cake were delicious. Glad to find this vegan gem!

I've been to Origami on several occasions and tried both dinner and aperitifs. What can I say? It's always a confirmation! All the dishes are well thought out and carefully crafted. The cuisine is truly excellent and has never disappointed the expectations of the various people I've brought with me over the years, much less my own. The staff is always welcoming and kind, and the restaurant is well-maintained, including the always-clean bathrooms (a significant detail). I'd also like to add that it's wonderful to see a place that combines a passion for food and dining with ethics and respect for people, animals, and the environment. It should be a civic duty, especially these days, but unfortunately, gems like this are still far too rare! Congratulations, truly!

It’s a pleasure to eat here. It was a shame for me that I didn’t get to dine here often, because that kept me from fully enjoying all the dishes, but if I had to highlight something, I’d say that the tagliere di fermentati is wonderful(it tastes as good as it looks)and so are the potato-stuffed crepes… a real treat, honestly. The service was very good, too. My only thing to keep in mind is that, when making a reservation there isn’t a set time or table assigned, and that made me a little uneasy, but hey, it’s not really a problem.
