Cirasella Pizzeria In Monopoli

I ordered a vegan pizza and really appreciated the fact that the price for the cheese had been removed, a small gesture that for vegans means a lot. Unfortunately, however, there are no vegan options on the menu.

An excellent experience that takes us away from the crowded and noisy tourist traps. Here, a pleasant neighborhood restaurant, with a varied selection of creative and delicious cuisine, and with efficient and courteous staff.

When you show up on a Saturday and say you want a table for a graduation banquet, the vast majority "SNOBBES" you (as I've already experienced at other pizzerias in Monopoli). "CIRASELLA" not only opened its doors to us but served us with the utmost PROFESSIONALISM despite the intense workload on the weekend. The icing on the cake: delicious pizzas, authentic ingredients—in other words, FULL CARDS!!!!!!!

Pizza with good dough and generous, high-quality toppings; pasta all'assassina is very good. Friendly and helpful staff. Good value. I recommend!

Really very good pizza but expensive, pizza and water 22 euros each, good service, welcoming atmosphere, only flaw: the bathrooms don't close properly.

Looking at photos and videos on social media, I honestly expected much more, especially from the pizza. The appetizers and fried foods aren't bad, but the pizza, from my experience, is anything but. The toppings were actually very good, but it's the dough that gets you: rubbery, sometimes undercooked, and it seemed as if they hadn't given it time to rise. Kudos to the staff, who, despite being few in number, were able to manage the difficulties of that particular evening (though judging by reviews prior to mine, the "understaffed" seems more like a habit than an "occurrence"). I hope to return soon and enjoy a better-made pizza, perhaps on a quiet weekday so I can change my mind.

Excellent pizzeria, very organized: even though there were 16 of us, the reservation was handled without any problems. Overall, the experience was positive, although there are some areas that could be improved. The prices could be slightly revised: for example, a liter of Coke at €6 seemed excessive. Furthermore, the pizza I ordered was rather bland and deserved more flavor. Aside from these details, everything else was fine.
