It’s a great place to come for lunch. Take the free ferry from St Marks Square to the Cipriani Hotel. Spectacular view with waterfront dining. The food is excellent! It’s pricy but well worth it

Since the restaurant was part of our hotel, it was a good idea to visit. The atmosphere is pleasant and the view fantastic. The food we tried was good, and the recommended wine was excellent. The service was always attentive, very polite, and courteous. As was the case throughout the hotel.

Really good food and the atmospher is amazing, however it can get very busy people walking past and watching you eat, so if you like being a center piece and love being seen, then perfect, but for me it was a bit too busy and a little uncomfortable.

La posizione non è comparabile con nessun’altra e già questo pone questo ristorante in una situazione per cui non si possono e non si devono usare i criteri di valutazione ordinari. Ciò premesso va altresì sottolineato che il personale è super super qualificato e offre un servizio al massimo livello (e quindi del tutto adeguato al luogo e al contesto). Il menù è eccellente e più che vario. Carta dei vini molto ricca ma… dovendo poi guidare….. ahimè…. Unico difetto: non c’è nulla che dimostri una particolare benevolenza verso la clientela veneziana locale che, con la sua presenza, offre garanzie per i clienti di passaggio. Peccato perché altri rinomati e illustri ristoratori usano applicare “la voce amica” per fidelizzare i “clienti autoctoni”. Ci farò ritorno sicuramente.

Ristorante iconico, proprio sull’acqua e con una vista straordinaria su Venezia. Il cibo è di eccellente qualità, con alcuni piatti d’autore rigorosamente segnalati. Il personale è molto professionale ma accompagna l’ospite con empatia e gentilezza veramente non comuni. Sono anche ammessi cani di piccola taglia all’interno dell’apposito trasportino ma devo confessare che, avendolo dimenticato, tutto il personale si è prodigato per consentirci, comunque, di godere di un magnifico pranzo. Il costo è adeguato all’eccellente contesto.
