I've been here several times, always trying different specialties. Their "out of the ordinary" pastries are very appealing, but I've often found them dry, lacking in garnishes or flavor, always leaving me a bit disappointed. They look good in the window, but they're not always the best, especially considering the price. I've also often found the tables dirty and the place generally unkempt, which is a shame, because there's potential.

I went there quite often during my Erasmus exchange. In the mornings before going to university. I miss it 🥲 It's delicious, the service is excellent (and in French). It's the best pastry shop in Pisa 🔥

02/11/2025: Friendly and professional staff. Excellent quality food. Nice atmosphere. Recommended.
14/10/2025: The restaurant is located atop Monte Serra, surrounded by greenery. The cuisine is traditional Tuscan and a journey back in time to grandma's kitchen. The meat was perfect, accompanied by polenta and amazing fried mushrooms. Definitely recommended. The house wine was also excellent.

29/11/2025: Excellent food, especially the stuffed pizza. BUT... they're often closed without any warning or communication, and this happens more and more often.
17/07/2025: We live abroad and every time we return home to Tuscany it's a regular and unmissable event!
