A perfect experience! I've been to this ice cream shop and I have to say that it was a fantastic experience in every respect! The ice cream is simply delicious, with authentic flavors and high quality ingredients. The variety of flavors is incredible, and you can really feel the care taken in the preparation. But what made the visit even more special was the professionalism and kindness of the sales assistant. In addition to being extremely competent, he is a cheerful and empathetic person, always with a sincere smile and ready to recommend the perfect flavor for each customer. His attention and courtesy really make the difference, creating a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere. I spent a pleasant afternoon at the Assago Milanofiori shopping center. For a snack we decided to have an ice cream at Cioccolati Italiani and we were pleasantly surprised by the kindness and professionalism of the staff (special thanks to Martina and Riccardo, delicious!). The ice cream is excellent, plus the service was fast and impeccable. Special tip: pistachio and Nutella variegated combo, fantastic! We will definitely be back 🥰

The ice cream and coffee are absolutely delicious; however, the staff is not very friendly and seem as cold as stone. I have been there twice, and no one even smiled. Perhaps they are just tired, but this creates a poor experience for customers.

Capitate per caso io e la mia amica, volevamo un Buon caffè e così è stato. Tutti cortesi, malgrado l'afflusso, in special modo la Barista Sofia, che alla mia battuta per me un caffè con Amore, ha reagito con il sorriso e mi ha fatto un buon caffè macchiato. Grazie

Un bel locale , all'interno del centro commerciale di Assago. Ottima caffettiera, pasticceria e gelateria, prezzo nella media, bravo il personale.
