Nice simple place and relaxing atmosphere. Very kind staff. The food is carefully prepared. I highly recommend trying the first courses on the menu, not just the mixed plate. **Ravioli with squid ink stuffed with cod on courgette cream and lemon zest** (photo), truly sublime!! The tortelloni are also very good. The grass is also excellent. Arrive early to search for parking.

Compliments!!! At Cinque Sapori there is a group of young people, passionate and knowledgeable in what they do! At home I cook with vegetable ingredients, respecting seasonality and seeking local quality. It's very difficult for me to be satisfied with a restaurant experience, and to think "I'll come back here to try something else", while I'm still sitting enjoying the dessert..... (A very creamy no cruelty tiramisu) I found rich and chosen flavours, a non-invasive flavor and an excellent combination in the mixed vegan dish!! On Wednesday 6 March I ate a pizza with my friends and I must say that it was really delicious and light and my friends thanked me a lot, all really tasty and appetizing dishes. Courtesy and quality make the DIFFERENCE even in the dining room. At the end of the evening, before leaving I felt it was my duty to congratulate the entire staff in person. *Those who work from the heart deserve attention and recognition" THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU🙏

Courtesy, professionalism and taste. These are the ingredients for having a nice evening. The staff is kind and knowledgeable, the place is relatively small and has few seats, the food is very good, light and healthy. Absolutely recommended to try something new in a vegan style (but there are also fish dishes/tasting menus)

Cibo squisito per vegani vegetariani ed amanti del buon pesce. Una garanzia per freschezza delle materie prime, sapore e anche costo contenuto.

Questi ragazzi sono bravissimi. Cucina macrobiotica a puntino. Tutto viene rivisto in chiave salutare con gusto e originalitá. Non abbiate paura che sia insipido perchè c'è gusto e sapore a volontà. Premiateli questi ragazzi che sono bravissimi. Misto e zuppa deliziosi che sono piaciuti anche a persone che non avevano mai approcciato la macrobiotica. Sono davvero soddisfatto. Pizza poi cotta a puntino speciale sia con le zucchine, con la cipolla e con verdure grigliate. Ma si vede proprio che sanno lavorare e ci mettono tanto impegno. Per i nostri 2 giorni a Bologna la garanzia di mangiare bene e restare sani.
