Cinque Quarte In Andria

26/08/2025: I've known this place for a while, and I've always heard good things about it. I finally got to try it, but it wasn't what I expected. I don't question the quality of the ingredients, but I didn't find much variety in either the appetizers or the pizzas. The platter only had four cured meats, and the buffalo mozzarella platter only had porchetta, and an excessive amount. I didn't find the pizzas exceptional; I expected the dough to be much better, as well as the combination of ingredients. I'm very disappointed, especially because I've always heard good things about it. The service, however, was always quick, helpful, and very friendly.

22/08/2025: Pizzas with divine dough, light and easy to digest. A very kind man explains everything well. The fish dishes are also delicious! Prices are reasonable, and the staff is friendly and professional. The atmosphere is lively and the interior is very pleasant; we dined outside. One of the best pizzas in recent memory!
