We found ourselves passing through Andria. Booked in this very characteristic place. Typical cuisine with a pinch of great genius and reinterpretation. Selection of oils of own production, various flavors such as (orange, lemon, garlic, thyme, chilli pepper). Very nice staff, friendly and kind. In conclusion: we should go back on an empty stomach because there are still many things to taste. Applause to these guys ❗️

Casualmente consigliato da una gentilissima commessa del vicino negozio, per altro bellissimo, che vende confetti ed altre bontà. Abbiamo pranzato io mia moglie e mia figlia. Antipasti misti formaggi e salumi , antipasto di burrata, antipasto di mozzarella ed in più mia moglie orecchiette al pomodoro e ricotta salata. Assaggio di pane bruschettato con i vari oli di loro produzione. Tutto più che eccellente più che buono. Veramente speciale. Servizio cortesissimo. Locale giovanile ma ben impostato. Prezzo onestissimo, abbiamo preso anche una frazione boccetta in ceramica con olio al tipo. Tutto bene bene. Da consigliare e ritornare
