Traveling through Salento we stop for a lunch break with typical Andria products, following suggestions from the internet we book in this restaurant. Truly excellent welcome and impeccable service. All delicious Burrata, Mozzarella, Ground first courses of the day, Octopus and Salmon... all tasty and excellent! Honest prices. Congratulations indeed

Passing through this town for work, I stopped here to grab something for dinner.
Bonus all my intolerances and paranoia about food, I was pampered and had a divine dinner. Very high quality raw materials, all processed without excess seasonings. I had the opportunity to taste the oils they produce, each table has a basket with the different flavoring types (thyme, garlic, orange, lemon and chilli).
I went for fish because I wanted that but I recommend trying the meat dishes and the bruschetta which seem like space! We also produce wine and beer!!! I drank their unfiltered artisanal blonde, delicious! Buy the artichoke cream and their pickles.

Stopped by chance in Andria at this place on your way back from Salento. Quality products. They have a vegetable garden in which they grow the vegetables used in the various dishes. They produce oil flavored with chilli pepper, lemon, orange etc. which you can taste directly from the cruets on the table. Really excellent. Special mention to the courgette parmigiana that my wife had, it was truly delicious. Very friendly staff.

Found it by chance, and we returned the following week... welcoming place, the owner was very courteous and the staff qualified in presenting any course... and then their 0 km products are excellent...

The appetizers, the platters and the tasting of the oils were excellent. The passion shown for organic culture is beautiful. Not at the same height a few seconds. The octopus sandwich is excellent.
