A wonderful surprise. The meat menu was simply incredible: intense, balanced dishes, meticulously crafted, where the technique is evident and refined. Each course had its own identity, elegant and decisive at the same time. Chef Mattia Borroni's cuisine is top-notch: contemporary, confident, and profound. A cuisine that can compete with the finest restaurants and truly leaves its mark. The atmosphere is charming and welcoming, and the overall experience is memorable.
