Cime di Tapas offers a unique experience that combines Spanish tapas with Apulian flavours. I appreciated the quality of the dishes and the freshness of the ingredients, the place has a welcoming and refined atmosphere. The staff is very kind and prepared. Authentic cuisine in a refined and relaxed context. Compliments!

Place for aperitifs and aperitifs. The boy who served us was nice, kind and attentive. We opted for the "aperitapas" formula which includes 4 tapas (they were all delicious) and a drink of your choice for €12. Large selection of wines and beers. Highly recommended (even for vegetarians)!

The lunch menu is more limited than what is seen on Google, however, the dishes we ordered were made of very good and honest ingredients: they met the expectations of what they promised. Very friendly service. The place is located just a few steps from the central square Vittorio Emanuele II. Very popular with local diners. Thanks Cime di tapas.

Piccolo locale appena fuori dalla piazza principale di monopoli con pochi tavoli all'interno e altri in un dehor esterno. Pochi piatti in menù ma tutti molto buoni e curati. Servizio giovane e snello. Consigliato a chi vuole mangiare bene senza spendere troppo e andarsi a sedere 2 ore nel classico ristorante.

Un pequeño restaurante de tapas único en Monopoli con una muy buena selección de platos de tapas junto con un excelente vino. El personal está encantado de recomendar platos si usted les pregunta. Los precios son muy razonables y el servicio es perfecto. Vete, no te decepcionarás.

05/02/2025: Very welcoming place. The owners very kind and helpful. The food is more than excellent, genuine and plentiful. Everything is prepared by them, from bread to dairy products, to cured meats, to orecchiette and much more. Highly recommended.
