My wife, I, and our two-year-old daughter had lunch today for the Putignano Carnival.
I must compliment the entire Cicirinella family because all the dishes served were homemade, well-crafted, and of excellent quality. We'll definitely be back to try other traditional dishes.

A delightful culinary and social experience. A perfect blend of local flair and traditional cuisine featuring local produce. To name a few: borage parmigiana, spelt orecchiette with pork chop sauce, excellent cheeses, and succulent cured meats. A dessert, tiramisu with hot coffee and mascarpone cream, made with espresso, is assembled and served on the spot. Loredana and Anna host and welcome guests in a historic and warm setting. They are extraordinary people who, before serving their dishes, describe them with their heart, then with the colors and aromas that will soon satisfy your palate. The chef is extraordinary. We will be back very soon!!!

Authentic peasant food. Locally sourced ingredients with flavors I haven't tasted since childhood. The menu varies depending on the availability of local suppliers. All products are made with spelt flour. The homemade spelt bread is amazing; they even gave me a few slices for breakfast! Friendly and welcoming, they're happy to talk about the dishes and ingredients. Highly recommended.

We discovered this restaurant by chance and were pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere was welcoming, the staff attentive, and the food excellent! We tried several dishes, all prepared with excellent ingredients and with great care. A place worth visiting for its cuisine, but also for its humanity, which is often overlooked these days. Highly recommended.
