We're returning to this restaurant under new management. The food is good...at least what's available... Yes, because there are far fewer items than the menu on the website...and of those remaining, at least half are missing (including potatoes!!! It's the first time I've found a restaurant that's out of potatoes). The service is very courteous but somewhat improvised (she takes away our menus and we remind her to take our order). An oversight can happen, but since the restaurant is also half empty, I wonder what happens when there are more customers...

Big flaw.... we were a group, some had the starter, some the second course and some just a grilled meat like me... which was served at midnight from 8pm.... Not even a piece of bread.. asked several times they waited for those who had had a starter then the first course..... and finally the second courses too... which luckily was very good... but an absurd wait.... I hope they organize themselves better....

Hospitality first. We had lunch in a large garden where the children were able to play together freely. Simple service sincere food in line with the Emilian style. Advised.

23/10/2025: There are moments in life when a smile and a coffee change everything! Today was one of those! As I entered the bar, Davide, Matteo, and Asia greeted me with unexpected kindness and a smile that made me forget all the troubles of the morning! Plus, the coffee was excellent! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
12/08/2025: At Bologna station, it's my safe haven for excellent coffee and delicious pizza slices to eat on the go. The staff is always kind and helpful, even though some customers are truly out of patience (see demanding hot chocolate on August 12th). A special mention goes to Davide, Asia, and Simone, who are very professional and make you feel like you're in the cafeteria downstairs. ♥️

Grand Hotel Elite Ristorante

01/09/2025: New and comfortable beds, ideal breakfast, but classifying it as 4 stars is not correct.
19/08/2025: Our stay was more than peaceful. The hotel was very functional. The furniture was a bit dated, but everything was clean, towels were changed promptly, and everything was very good. The reception staff was very good. I speak an average level of Italian and had no problems, but it's true that the Chinese lady in particular has a somewhat condescending attitude if you don't speak quickly. It would be nice if she understood that not everyone learns or has an excellent level of the language, even if they try. I say this mostly because of a couple in front of us, and I didn't like the way she treated the girl who was trying to speak to her in Italian.
