Part of me wants to keep this restaurant a secret…… I don’t really have words to express how I feel about the dining experience we have had this evening. Delicious food and a most attentive and informative host who moved with her husband from Rome to set up this restaurant 13 years ago. She was a little surprised that we had come over without a booking but we were so lucky to find this gem. Our host happily translated the menu and explained carefully how each dish was made. All ingredients fresh and prepared in traditional ways using family recipes passed down. This was food to die for! Come away from the lakeside and venture into the old town. It is worth it! ( Everybody Loves Raymond fans unite!)

pranzo domenicale con mio marito, in questo angolo di paradiso. Sicuramente ci torneremo in compagnia di amici e familiari, ne vale veramente la pena. La padrona di casa persona squisita, ci ha seguito nella scelta del vino un rosso bio eccellente e inoltre le portate del pranzo sono state veramente all'altezza della situazione. Dall'antipasto, tagliere di formaggi e salumi della zona, ai primi piatti fettuccine al ragù e gnocchi agli asparagi e guanciale croccante, per finire con il dolce alla ricotta e fragole e biscotti con passito. Ottima coniugazione qualità/prezzo. Accoglienza impeccabile e personale molto disponibile. Bravi continuate così

10/08/2024: Informal pizzeria, located on the outskirts of Marino, a town inside the Castelli Romani park. Excellent pizza, I personally took a broccoli/sausage pizza and split a ham and fig pizza in half...a real treat 😀....good beer and fried starters, cooked very well. Own parking and dinner in the outdoor garden... we only had one dessert, it was excellent... recommended
