An extremely positive experience for a restaurant I've been frequenting for years, which consistently delivers excellent quality at fair prices. Last time, I had an excellent octopus carpaccio and a sea bream in an orange crust, expertly prepared and very tasty. Excellent selection of desserts and a wine list. The owners and wait staff are friendly and professional.

A select setting in one of my favorite neighborhoods in Palermo, Kaksa. The cuisine is traditional with a modern twist, the portions are generous, the service is attentive, and the prices are very fair. If I had to find a flaw, it's that I didn't perceive the passion and love in the dishes, which one expects to find in Sicilian cuisine. The ideas are there, as are the ingredients, but the execution seems to me to be that of a young and inexperienced chef, or of a foreign chef. In any case, if you're in Palermo, stop by for lunch or dinner.

We had lunch today at Ciccio in pentola: style and flavor! Stylish furnishings and details; flavorful dishes, prepared with passion and dedication. We were satisfied with everything! Sabrina is the perfect hostess, welcoming and elegant. The staff is always attentive and helpful. In short, an experience we'll definitely repeat! Highly recommended. Thanks again, see you soon!

01/03/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I tried these pizzas and was impressed by the quality of the ingredients. The dough is light and airy, but it's the toppings that make the difference. In particular, the pizza with turnip greens and almonds is enriched with a truly remarkable sun-dried tomato pâté: it adds a burst of flavor that pairs beautifully with the crunchiness of the whole almonds. The Capricciosa is also very good: you can tell they're not using the usual ingredients. The artichokes are tender and flavorful, and the quality of the prosciutto and mozzarella (with the burrata in the center topping it all off) is evident. At the end of the dinner, they recommended an amazing Polish pie (KARPATKA), which was amazing! Overall, an excellent experience for those looking for a carefully prepared pizza without too many frills, where the ingredients are the real protagonist. Recommended!
