26/10/2025: Last night I had dinner at Le Guaiane and I have to say it was an exceptional experience. The quality of the fish is truly top-notch, and you can immediately taste the freshness of every dish. The oyster counter is also a wonderful idea: they bring them to your table on a trolley and open them right in front of you, a gesture that highlights the product and makes the tasting experience even more special. Fantastic oysters, uniquely delicious. A special thanks to Andrea and Giulia, who accompanied us throughout the evening with kindness, professionalism, and courtesy. They provided precise advice, attention to detail, and were always attentive but never intrusive. It's rare to find service like this. My compliments, I'll definitely be back!

21/10/2025: A trattoria that, if you are not Italian, is hard to find, and that is what makes it unique! Excellent food, especially if you are a fan of fish specialties, impeccable service, every table is equipped with a wine cooler with crushed ice, the wine selection is impressive, and the atmosphere is casual and relaxed, as if it were not a Michelin-starred restaurant! The only thing that bothered me a little were the wooden chairs, which fit the ambiance, but are not for long-term sitting, as in 99.9% of trattorias in Italy! Despite that detail, all the best recommendations!!!!
