We had dinner with some work colleagues. The staff were kind and friendly, the atmosphere was lovely, the food was really good, though the prices, in my opinion, were perhaps a little higher than average.
We were completely satisfied, although we paid a lot, but it also filled our stomachs. We ordered the boiled meat and roast meat trolleys, and for our first course, tagliatelle in bianco with a knob of butter and three sauces served separately. Chicken liver, ragù, and tomato.

A historic restaurant, it feels like a step back in time, yet it remains unchanged.
As does the traditional menu, which continues to (deliberately!) bring back the flavors of yesteryear. Choose it for traditional, no-frills cuisine. The menu offers a limited but solid selection, with the boiled meats and fresh pasta a favorite. Everything was excellent. We appreciated the cart service of boiled meats/roasts and desserts. The owner is very friendly! The prices are fair.

This historic restaurant, steeped in Veronese tradition, unfortunately has significantly declined in service quality, including in the preparation of the dishes. The food is still good, but the portions and the lack of choice, especially for side dishes, are decidedly mediocre. This has negatively impacted the value for money, which, in the past, was a strong point. The atmosphere is now dated and lacking in character.

We ate well... and even I, who don't eat boiled meat, managed to do it ;) ... although... those who ate the boiled meat expected something more. The service was a positive note! Lots of young and eager people. Well done! P.S.: We loved the man at the boiled meat cart. Very nice!

Historic and superbly excellent restaurant. When I go, I start with pasta and beans or minestra e taghiatee. The mixed boiled meats are a must, served on the trolley, along with the sauces and the Pevara, as our grandparents used to make it, excellent and plentiful.
To finish, the homemade desserts are special.
The owner is a true gentleman, with friendly and professional staff.
If you're sure you're going for a special experience, go ahead and book your table. They'll await you with the professionalism and ease of home.
