My Family and i had dinner there last night. It is an experience to be had, from the lovely Fiama , who was so attentive , to the sommelier who was so helpful and we really appreciate her gesture of allowing us to find the exact wine we were looking for without rushing us into a decision. The food was outstanding the Potato flan with ragu , was fabulous, light , fluffy and with the ricotta paired with richest and most delicious Ragu ( veal). I also loved the Rice saute Timbale with sunchoke puree paired with stewed pork which was was heavenly... the pancotta was outstanding..it was just too good to be true! we will go back again. we also ordered the squid and a steak , which the family enjoyed . Fiama is a wonderful wonderful person, thank you for everything. I hope i see you in india one day

Without a doubt, one of the best restaurants in Florence. I booked a table to celebrate a special occasion, and my expectations were fully met: the atmosphere is splendidly Florentine, the service excellent, and the food excellent. The menu featured traditional dishes prepared with an original twist; among my favorites were the boiled meat with mayonnaise, the giardiniera (pickled vegetables), and the tortellini timbale, but everything was truly delicious! I recommend it to anyone looking for a quality experience.

Excellent service and truly delicious food. We were very welcomed: we were served by Francesco in particular, who with his spontaneity and kindness made us feel right at home. A truly positive experience, we'll definitely be back!

Finding the same quality and customer service after so many years is a real pleasure. Florence can maintain its tradition without succumbing to overtourism.
