Where locals go! Outstanding! Try the bacalao de la cassi and lasagna. Small locale with friendly staff. A short walking distance from the Central Market. Seating inside and outside. Recommend reservations or walk-in before 2 pm. Highly recommended

We had lunch here to day and it was the best food so far on our holiday! Also the staff is super nice and can explain or ask the chef for adjustments, which we didnt need because the food was perfect. The menu shows whats vegetarian/vegan or has other dietary restrictions. We would 1000% go here again if ever coming back to Florence. The food, the staff all amazing! The fish pie, the lasgana(vegetarian), the cheese selection and the cheesecake were heavenly!

Abbiamo scelto questo famoso ristorante di Firenze per il pranzo di Pasqua Bella location e ambiente fine ed elegante Accoglienza adeguata e disponibilita’ del personale … Ottimi primi , ben assortiti Secondi interessanti dalle carni all’uovo con asparagi bianchi Dolce buono e bella carta dei vini Prezzi giusti per il livello Si torna

segnalazione michelin abbastanza meritata. Si percepisce che un tempo questo ristorante è stato un importante riferimento della ristorazione fiorentina. Il locale è non perfettamente curato. I piatti invece sono ancora di buon livello. Nota di merito per il notevole piccione farcito di mostarda

09/06/2025: A Hidden Gem in the Heart of Firenze! Ristorante Opera 23 at the Grand Hotel Adriatico is a true hidden gem. Every dish felt like a warm embrace from a Florentine kitchen. The salmon was perfectly cooked, fresh, and full of flavor. The zuppa di verdura was rich and comforting, and the eggplant parmigiana was layered and perfectly balanced, made from a family recipe. To finish, I had the flan with caramel topping, light, silky, and absolutely delicious. The perfect end to a beautiful meal. The owners are local to Firenze, and it shows. Their hospitality and love for tradition shine through in every dish. Quietly tucked inside the hotel, Opera 23 is a must-visit for anyone craving authentic Tuscan food in a warm, welcoming setting.
