Dinner at Cibrèo Trattoria was a great experience. Excellent traditional Florentine/Tuscan dishes, excellent and friendly service, and a fair price. We enjoyed it so much that we returned the next evening to try other dishes that had piqued our interest. Compared to other restaurants, even excluding the essentially touristy offerings, we appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which allows for conversation, and the attentive service, despite being a trattoria. The dishes are truly delicious and, for us Piedmontese, unique. The location, a little outside the city center (though not far from Santa Croce), offers the opportunity for a pleasant, digestive stroll. I think Cibreo Trattoria will become a must-visit for our future stays in Florence.

Authentic Florentino food. Try the Lampredotto, it's surprisingly good. On the downside, the restaurant can get a bit noisy.

A dear friend had recommended the dinner and theater experience. Unfortunately, the Teatro del Sale at Cibreo was unavailable, and the very kind manager took me to the nearby Cibreo Trattoria. It was a truly enjoyable experience. The warm welcome, kindness, and attentive service immediately set this place apart. The traditional Tuscan food, meticulously prepared, the quality of the ingredients, and the impeccable service, in a magically understated and evocative setting, won me over. Kudos to the staff and Cristina's professionalism, a true leader in a place I highly recommend and, above all, return to.

Very nice and very confidential place. Remarkable value for money. The rest is made up of the absolute professionalism of the staff. I must gladly mention Benedetta, Sofia, Gregorio, Claudia, Noemi Giulia who, in addition to being very professional, are very nice and able to empathize with the customers. I must also mention the chefs Maurizio and Oscar who brilliantly allow all this in symbiosis with the rest of the staff. I returned now in November and I ate very well again. Remarkable value for money. I must also mention the excellent service of Margherita who, with professionalism and great familiarity, explained the menu and also the wine selection to us with great expertise. Highly recommended and encouraged to return.

Wir hatten glücklicherweise reserviert, sonst wäre es schwierig geworden. Das Restaurant liegt etwas außerhalb der City und ist daher auch von Einheimischen gut besucht. Die Preise sind nicht gerade günstig zu nennen, aber sowohl Speisen als auch Getränke sind ihren Preis wert. Wir hatten Vitello Tonnato, den „Fisch des Tages“ sowie die gefüllten Calamari und waren damit sehr glücklich. Interessant war, daß mir, obwohl nicht auf der Karte, Kutteln als Probierportion angeboten wurden. Als Salat war das nicht so mein Fall, warm und mit Sauce absolut lecker. Eine Erfahrung, die ich sehr gern gemacht habe! Wir können das Restaurant guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen. Aber Achtung: Es gibt in Florenz mehrere Locations mit dem Namen „Cibrèo“, die zwar alle zusammengehören, aber eben nur 1 Ristorante.

Das Essen war wirklich gut. Jedoch entspricht der Service überhaupt nicht den Erwartungen in diesem Restaurant. Wir wurden sehr arrogant behandelt und teilweise sehr unfreundlich. Was uns jedoch am meisten geschockt hat, war der Preis für ein 0.33l Coca Cola Zero: EUR 10.00.
