Great restaurant with a limited but lovely menu. As vegetarians it can be hard to find a good place that isn’t repetitive in Italy. They had over 6 dishes, we tried 4 and were thoroughly pleased. The potato and mushroom dish was a particular delight!

AMAZING sandwiches and focaccias

We stopped for a late supper and were pleasantly surprised by the modern take on Apulian cuisine at this restaurant. We had 2 dishes, one dark focaccia with ricotta and thinly sliced pumpkin, another was an octopus dish with chicory. Both were delicious and the service was very good. Compliments to the team.

A very welcoming and quaint bistro in one of Martina Franca's main squares. Here we sampled various panellini, toasted sandwiches, and brioche: in my opinion, the best in Puglia. The leavened pastries are the location's highlight, with a special mention for the carbo-toast, chocolate and hazelnut bread with truffle butter and soft cheese. Not to mention the dessert of French toast, fior di latte gelato, and fresh fruit. Bold, explosive flavors that go straight to the heart. Thanks Vincenzo!

We went there by chance, looking for something else, and we left happy to have had dinner there. We were given the house specialty, carbotoast, and it was delicious.
