Well... I read some terrible reviews regarding the staff but maybe I was lucky because there was a man at the checkout who walked away even though there were 5 of us to ask to pay. Then, promptly, a guy serving came to the cash register and took our orders! He spoke both Italian and English perfectly. He was really kind and answered all the questions both about the food we were buying and about the services. I only bought one crescent but it was delicious and hot. The guy who served me was also very nice

I have never had such good pizza inside an airport, certified Neapolitan pizza restaurant, all very good. Well done

I stop by before my flight for a glass of prosecco and some pizza. Food is nice, better than ordinary airport offer but.. the main star here is Vito. He made my day by his positive attitude and sense of humor. If I lived in Bologna I would visit that place quite often :))

Really good pizzas and welcoming staff. Just to disavow a stereotype about airport clubs. Prices are also normal, without the classic airport surcharges
