24/05/2026: A special welcome that changes your day!
I was just passing through Bologna, waiting for my train, and I stumbled upon this bar by pure chance. What can I say... it left a wonderful memory! Special praise goes to Davide: an incredibly empathetic, cheerful, and professional guy, who even offered us a sweet treat along with our ginseng. A small gesture of rare kindness that lifts your spirits before the journey. My sincere compliments also go to all the team members who work with him, who are equally talented and welcoming. 15/05/2026: Around 2:30 PM, I was in the restaurant when a customer entered and immediately began yelling at the staff for a coffee, using extremely aggressive and offensive tones for no reason. One of the girls simply asked for a moment's patience, explaining that her colleague was preparing the order, but the situation quickly escalated, with further, very harsh insults being directed at the employees.
The most absurd thing happened next: the customer left with the coffee and shortly after returned, throwing it at another girl, dirtying the counter, the food, and the entire service area in front of the other customers.
Despite a truly unpleasant and humiliating situation, the girls remained calm and professional, continuing to work without reacting.
I especially extend my respect to Asia, who I'm told is her name, for her patience and behavior throughout the entire episode.
I truly hope appropriate action is taken, because scenes like this shouldn't happen to people who are simply working.
