We had the tasting menu. Everything was good, but the star for us was the lemon tart. It tasted great, though we later realized there was no lemon curd. The crunch and the (mascarpone?) cream did all the work of delivering that lemon tart flavor. Stefano and Salvatore were super kind and even shared a few recipe hints.

We had dinner here, friendly and professional staff. As a starter we had tuna tartare, it was served with strong sour mango sauce that overpowered the tuna and chunks of cocos. Fresh tuna was mixed with old tuna (brown pieces with a iron/fishy taste). The main course risotto with smoked char was ok. Risotto tasteless. We were pretty disapointed and the price / quality was not ok.
Will not come back.

Went here as our first choice was fully booked so we wandered up the road.
To be honest this was absolutely the best choice! Can't fault anything. Friendly service & amazing food. My husband had the eel starter and it was lovely. Never had eel before so we are pleased to have tried it here. Everything else was also cooked and served perfectly. Unfortunately we did not take photos to share. If we are ever back in Bologna we would certainly return here.

Di sabato in 7 persone a Bologna e ‘ difficile trovare un posto dove pranzare e casualmente, mentre giravamo , ho visto questo ristorante che all’esterno sembra uguale agli altri, ma che nasconde un interno un piano inferiore molto accogliente ed elegante . Il proprietario ci ha accompagnato in una saletta quasi privata dove un simpatico cameriere ci ha illustrato le pietanze e abbiamo mangiato vari primi tra tortellini , tagliatelle e tortelloni, tutti molto buoni . Il ristorante è prevalentemente di pesce, ma offre anche un menu’ di cibi tradizionali molto buoni. I prezzi sono nella media, leggermente più alti, ma sono giustificati.

Sono stato poco fa a cena qui con una collega. Ho trovato veramente premuroso e fin troppo attento il servizio con il personale che continuamente chiede agli ospiti se hanno gradito il cibo, soprattutto in questi giorni in cui sta prendendo avvio il nuovo menù primaverile. Nella carta ci sono piatti della tradizione petroniana accanto a piatti di pesce. La cucina è curatissima, le porzioni sono talvolta generose (come quella del risotto mantecato al rosso d'uovo) talvolta meno. Alcuni accostamenti innovativi risultano troppo audaci, come la crema catalana in crema di basilico che ricorda nel gusto più un piatto di trofie al pesto che un dessert. I prezzi sono ragionevoli per il livello del locale e della cucina.
