The gelato is good. However, I had a concern with the service. When I placed my order I began asking a question about the Gelato due to my nut allergy. The server cut me off mid-sentence and told me: "I only need to know the flavor and how many scoops". Not wanting to make a scene, I just paid and asked the other server, but this is not acceptable.
Gelato was pretty good though, and the place was busy. A fellow patron remarked that the mannerisms of one server in particular resembled a certain soup maker from Seinfeld. This amused me and was relevant to my experience.

Absolutely amazing!! The most natural ice-cream I’ve ever eaten. The Fig flavor is as if eating an actual fresh fig. There is usually a big line but definitely worth the wait! Also fair prices

I tried this gelato out of curiosity, and I wasn't disappointed.
I ordered a two-flavor cup (€3.50) with a Breton cream and pistachio: the salted butter cream was incredibly delicate, with a subtle vanilla flavor that was very well done, as was the pistachio flavor, which had an intense, natural flavor. You can tell the ingredients used are high-quality, and the gelato is well-made in every way.
Furthermore, there are many flavors to choose from, many of which are highly sought-after, such as the Breton cream I mentioned above (which is salted butter from Brittany with vanilla), or another unusual flavor I tried with my companion, the Anacardiaceae (mango, cashew, pink pepper, and sumac), in which the pink pepper is noticeable without being overwhelming, giving way to the mango, which is the second predominant flavor. I wasn't thrilled that the pistachio flavor was actually crushed, almost like ground pistachio. The flavor, however, was a 10.
It should be noted that practically half the flavors were vegan, which isn't a given, and, more importantly, these were also delicious.
The employees are very kind and always smiling, despite the huge amount of work they have to deal with.
In conclusion, the line that always forms outside the restaurant speaks volumes. Congratulations! I highly recommend this place.
