Advised. Very tidy and clean place. Truly genuine cuisine, carefully prepared, well presented and with quality raw materials. Appetizing starters, really good first courses. As a second course I chose the Piedmontese mixed fry, well assorted, expertly fried, without any smell of oil and NOT greasy. Good assortment of sweets. To conclude I would add that the toilet is very clean. Compliments.

today bagna cauda of the blackbird... excellent service, very good bagna cauda and made in the traditional way!! assortment of raw and cooked vegetables with even poached egg to collect the bottom of the fujot tagliolini always seasoned with bagna cauda and then to degrease agnolottini in broth and to finish an excellent bunet. compliments to the kitchen 😊 highly recommended

Nice genuine place near Calliano. Bagna cauda without garlic very good. Friendly owners, good food and wine. We will return to taste other specialties. Well done

A circa 50 minuti da Torino c'è questa trattoria piuttosto rustica e semplice. Gli ambienti interni sono al piano terreno ed al primo piano. Arredamento minimale, buona la pulizia. Fuori ci sono grandi spazi verdi e due gazebo. Buono il parcheggio su ampio spiazzo. Ci sono due menù degustazione, ma si possono prendere piatti singoli. Due le specialità offerte (oltre ai tipici piatti piemontesi): i piatti a base carne di asino ed il fritto misto piemontese da 14 padelle. Noi siamo andati per il fritto misto. E ne siamo rimasti delusi. A parte la cottura non giusta, abbiamo anche avuto problemi di digestione. Peccato. Lista dei vini discreta con prezzi abbastanza onesti. Cameriere molto gentile, ma non basta. Il fritto misto piemontese è un'altra cosa...

Ci siamo stati sabato scorso con un gruppo di amici per la bagna cauda day… tutto ottimo.. la bagna..i cappelletti in brodo… il bunet..etc… il personale gentilissimo.. l’unico neo.. se me lo permettete è stato le verdure crude.. poca scelta e poche verdure.. consiglierei il prossimo anno magari di togliere qualcosa e inserire più verdure crude.
