🎗️ [INTRO] In today's article, we will take you to meet one of the flagship restaurants of Chef Enrico Bartolini, the owner of the most MICHELIN Star restaurants in Italy. He and Chef Gabriele Boffa are able to interpret the local Piemonte style food in a flawless, modern way under an easily accessible price.
🎗️ Relais Sant'Uffizio is located atop Monteferrato hill in Cioccaro di Penango. The building was originally used as a monastery in the 16th century before being renovated into a 4-star hotel with a spa and swimming pool. Those traveling during the day will be greeted by a bird's-eye view of the surrounding hills, wineries and small red-brick villages. The Locanda Sant'Uffizio Enrico Bartolini restaurant was originally a Limonaia, or area for growing lemons. Interior design company Baxter aims to seamlessly blend contemporary and classic décor. The main dining room is divided into two sides, with mirrors on the walls and lighting adding a touch of elegance. In addition, the other wall is separated by clear glass, which also makes the atmosphere inside more open.

03/12/2024: We had lunch and dinner at the bistro, the staff is professional and very kind. The cuisine is of quality. Good variety of wines and praise to the waiter who recommended a good wine. Too bad for the modern mis en place, now it's a battle for me, we want the tablecloth back!!! I'm tired of eating on the wooden table! When I see the tablecloths again I will give five stars. The exposed cellar is beautiful. Congratulations recommended.
