26/01/2025: Being a regular customer, I feel bad having to say these things, being a regular customer. *mine are only PERSONAL points of view and opinions*
1) I think you work a lot with deliveroo, and various delivery apps, like all the customers we order, I'm not saying we want perfection, but neither do we want to throw 2 sandwiches in a bag, and have them crushed, without care and interest... but the point would be: wouldn't you be able to put foil on all the delivery sandwiches, so that when they arrive at the customer, they don't arrive crushed, cold or in the worst of situations, as unfortunately happened to me yesterday, completely disgraced
2) precisely because I imagine that yesterday *Saturday* you worked a lot, human error happens, unfortunately I can't blame too much if there is a lot of work, but I'm paying you €12.50 for a sandwich, you can't give me a courgette completely charred.
With this review I do not want to put the place in a bad light in any way, as being a regular customer, I have never complained about the quality of the products (always fresh) and the unanimous kindness of the staff, I rather hope that this review of mine can help improve the place.
29/12/2024: We went to this place on a Friday night and had a great time. We had dinner in the very well-kept and charming internal room. The staff, especially the owner, were very kind and friendly. We opted for slippers, Arabic bread and sandwiches and the quality is really high. All at an excellent price. We will definitely be back.
