Excellent vegetarian piadina! Advise!

We stopped on the way back from vacation. We were looking for a kiosk that wasn't the classic truck stop where there is a big mess and terrible service. We found this kiosk which is located just off the motorway exit (Imola) and we were very happy with it. The gentleman who prepares everything is very kind and helpful, but above all he cooks the typical dishes of Emilian cuisine (street food, piadine, watercress, fried gnocco, etc) very well. Excellent taste and fresh products, freshly prepared. There were 6 of us, and the service was fast. Parking nearby and available, even in the shade. We will definitely return when we return to those parts.

Excellent piadina made by the owner eaten on the picnic tables in the greenery and also has a bathroom, what more could you ask for?

Open kitchen, very clean, tidy. Very friendly manager, helpful, organized and very fast. Delicious artisanal products, abundant platter, superlative tigelle, fried foods cooked well, crunchy and dry. The kiosk is on the road but you don't suffer from traffic at all, it's relaxing and breezy.
