Amazing restaurant ( one of best in monopoli). The pizza is AMAZING and their assassina is also very good. Service is fast and waiters and staff are polite. Has both outdoor and indoor seating. Just be sure to have a reservation because it gets busy and wait times can be long

Loved our meal at Chinè, ingredients were fresh, pizza dough was so good, and service was great too. Didn't manage to get a picture, but we thought their spaghetti all'assassina was bomb - really good! Recommend checking them out!

We made a reservation for 7:30 (when they opened) and were a couple minutes late. The patio was already filling up and the servers were working hard to care for everyone. We were immediately asked if we wanted drinks and our order was taken shortly after. Our salad came immediately and the pizza shortly there after. Recent reviews cite issues with service and I was concerned, but found the staff friendly, attentive, and helpful. All of our meals were fresh and tasty. The pizza dough is perfect. Light, soft with a nice crisp on the bottom and edges. The toppings were well balanced and deliciously paired. We had a margherita and the Galosa. Both highly recommended. The selection of beers was quite good as well. I’m my only regret is not having a stomach big enough to try everything!

Without beating around the bush it is the best pizzeria, very light and digestible dough and moist at the same time. Super fresh and excellent toppings, special pizzas that are out of this world. If you pass through Monopoli it is a "must" You absolutely have to go there. The only flaw is the waiting time despite the reservation but it is a price I am willing to pay for the quality and goodness of the product that is served to you. Top 🔝.

Ho trovato l'impasto della pizza molto buono e anche nei condimenti molto generosi. Rapidità nel servizio e rapporto qualità prezzo davvero allineati. Non do il massimo perché ho notato che alcuni camerieri peccavano un pò in gentilezza e ci siamo visti portar via i piatti delle patatine mentre le stavamo ancora mangiando. E non scherzo. Non ci è stato neanche chiesto "possiamo portare via?". Per il resto, in conclusione, ve la consiglio come pizzeria. Qualità e rapidità sono di casa.

Locale a due passi dal centro storico di Monopoli. Pizza molto buona con l'utilizzo di prodotti di qualità. Personale cordiale. Locale forse un po' buio, ma non importa...la pizza è buona!
