I went here with a friend who can't eat gluten and decided to give the gluten free option a try...I have never found a gluten free pizza as good as this one! It's probably better than most of the regular pizzas I have ever tried. Highly recommend

Pizzeria Chiné in Monopoli offers excellent and varied pizzas, distinguished by the high-quality toppings and diverse doughs. Every choice was a pleasant surprise. The fried pizza was very good. The attentive and knowledgeable staff guided and advised us with great professionalism, making the experience even more enjoyable. The only thing to consider is the ambiance. We dined on the outdoor terrace, which overlooks the street, and at times the noise significantly disturbed our conversation. Despite this, the quality of the food and impeccable service make Pizzeria Chiné an excellent choice for those seeking quality pizza.

Oggi ho assaggiato una pizza gluten free assolutamente perfetta ❤️ Impasto eccezionale e condimento con materia prima veramente eccellente. La comanda è stata prontamente registrata da Donato, responsabile di sala, e tutto il servizio è stato cordiale, celere ed impeccabile. Un livello superiore rispetto a una classica pizzeria.

Ho trovato l'impasto della pizza molto buono e anche nei condimenti molto generosi. Rapidità nel servizio e rapporto qualità prezzo davvero allineati. Non do il massimo perché ho notato che alcuni camerieri peccavano un pò in gentilezza e ci siamo visti portar via i piatti delle patatine mentre le stavamo ancora mangiando. E non scherzo. Non ci è stato neanche chiesto "possiamo portare via?". Per il resto, in conclusione, ve la consiglio come pizzeria. Qualità e rapidità sono di casa.
