I was absolutely enchanted by my dinner here. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and sophisticated. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, patiently guiding us through the menu and making us feel welcome throughout the evening.
But the real star was the food. Every dish was a masterpiece, an explosion of flavors and fresh ingredients. You could clearly taste the passion and care the chef puts into every single creation.
From the first bite to the last, it was an unforgettable culinary experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a special evening, excellent cuisine, and impeccable service. I can't wait to return!

I went with my girlfriend and it was great. Try the clams and the fried pasta with papyrus linguine, typical of a fine restaurant. Drink a champagne that's worthy of the menu.

We spent a nice evening here at Chinappi, after many years of missing it. The owner and the waiters were professional and kind, the food was good and the atmosphere was nice. We dined outside... it was nice, also surrounded by the joy of some children who were playing in a not so peaceful way. In the end the cost is not exactly low, but still in line with the location and the quality of the fresh fish.

The outdoor setting is very nice and romantic. The staff is kind and attentive. The food is quality, too bad the mantis shrimp for the fish soup didn't arrive. Last important note, parking area in front of the restaurant.

One thing I really didn't like was the paper placemat on the table. The tablecloth is no longer used, but at least a glass placemat, the rest was mediocre, the first course, spaghetti with squid, seemed more like a ragù and the fried food definitely not.

We have been customers for years now, a guarantee in Formia. We had an amazing sole and two really excellent amberjacks. The waiter Stefano was attentive to fulfill all our requests, all the staff always impeccable.
